Agent not masked. Not informed when reserving that there would be an additional $200 deposit placed on my credit card. When at the counter I was told that it would be released upon return of car. I don’t know if it has been returned yet, but I was on a trip for an interview during the pandemic and placing an additional $200 would have made my rental decision clear Togo with a different company.Alamo

The vehicle was filthy inside. There were crumbs everywhere in the back seats. The non smoking car was definitely smoked in a reeked of cigarettes. The navigation screen was busted. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the address I was given to drop off the vehicle in Tucker, Ga, was not the location. My GPS took be to a totally different building. Needed to make a call to find where I was to go. Return desk acknowledged it has been an issue.Cons:

Staff we friendly enough at the National center and easy to reach by phone.Cons:
The hours of pick-up did not match what I needed and the KayakRental car site did NOT give me that information. Luckily, I called ahead and would have had to pay an extra day just to get a pick-up BEFORE 8 a.m. I know that the flight schedule in Roanoke, VA is not large, but not to be able to pick up a car before 8 when that is the only outlet for National is a bit unlucky.Easirent
