Super BAD experience with this mediocre service of payless ARUBA. I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE to rent a car. You wonder why.....??? Well if you have a confirmation with PAYLESS ARUBA beware that you can arrive at the counter for pick up you confirmed rental car and the employer will tell you that there is no car reserved for your booking. And keep in mind that this stupid airport location opens at 10am and I had to wait 2 hours for them to open and than telling me that they don't have my reserved midsized carReviewed 28 Aug 2024

I went to the airport to pick up the car and in the front desk after all the explanations the lady told me that Payless didn’t accept DINERS credit card so I can’t take the reservation and she canceled in that moment. I have to look in the airport another rental car and finally I choose thirty rental car and found a car at the same day.Reviewed 13 Nov 2023
