Location was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
staff was friendly. Good location.
The hotel is in a very bad condition, the ceiling was peeling in my room, the mattress is old, a lot of noise, the painting in general very poor. The carpets in the corridors are in very bad shape and smell bad. The hotel is in great location but in bad shape. You should remodel. The staff was nice, no complain about that.
Great location. No time is wasted getting places. Services are basic and simple. No frills at all, but it serves its purpose admirably. Excellent friendly staff.
All staff helpful and friendly. The room was all that we expected, and the location was amazing. So close to Times Square.
Nothing, we were happy with our stay
Location fantastic, right on Times Square
Needed a bit of TLC, the outside looked fine, reception was good but when you came out of the lift the carpet & decoration looked a bit tired. The first room we were given smelt like a smokers room, the next one was noisy (above fans/air con) third room was fine.
