Pros (+) The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and up to date. I was very happy the room also included a refrigerator. For New York, I was impressed that everybody who we came in contact with at the hotel was super friendly. Obviously it has a great location.
Pros (+) This hotel was in a great location. Minutes to Times Square, good food, shopping, Broadway. The staff was always friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons (-) Room was not well lit. I understand the design but I could barely see in the small closet when hanging my suits up. Room service was from a quick service place next door. Issue with the water heater the first night.

Cons (-) The breakfast options are really very limited but it was ok. The wardrobe space need to get bigger. It can hardly fit for one nevertheless two especially in winter.
Pros (+) Everything about the stay was perfect! Nothing to complain about it all. You are a 5 minute walk to the center of Times Square and a the rooms are spacious for a NYC hotel. Additionally, the rooms for very clean and updated. I'll definitely return to this hotel the next time I am back in NYC.

Pros (+) Location was fantastic. Close to the action but extremely quiet once you get inside. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) This hotel lacked a few of the services you typically expect, such as room service, on-site gym and laundry service (although dry cleaning service is available), but this is not a major problem and is justified by the lower room rates compared to the bigger hotels in this area. Would definitely stay here again!
