A block east of the Theater District, this New York boutique hotel is on a fashionable block of West 44th Street between Fifth and Sixth avenues; Rockefeller Center is 4 blocks away.
Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing. Especially Rocky and Jenny. They were friendly and helpful and always with a smile. The rooms are kept well and are comfortable. The hotel is centrally located so most activities are in walking distance. I will stay there again when I go back in a few months.Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: Our stay at the Iroquois New York was absolutely fabulous. From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service from all the staff. The room was very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect.
Vanessa, the concierge, was absolutely amazing; not only did she provide excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions, but she went the extra mile in assisting us with obtaining a metro card for the subway. We will certainly recommend the Iroquois to our friends and plan to stay here again for our next visit to New York!
Very misleading accommodationsPros: The staff was very kind and helpful. Cons: The a/c, phone and light switch didn't work. As well, the windows didn't have any screens and there was no water pressure or warm water.
Pros: Great location, don’t expect anything else. Cons: Tiny rooms. Upgraded to a deluxe and I shudder to think what room we would’ve been in had we not.
Can only describe this place as distinctly average.
Read great reviews of this place, which is why I booked here. Honestly, won’t waste my money paying more to stay somewhere this mediocre again. Was at the Gild Hall and Club Quarters for a few nights before I checked in at the Iroquois for 5 nights. Wish I was back at either of the previous hotels.
Pros: Convenient mid town location.
Pleasant and helpful staff.Cons: Tiny room with small window looking directly into a brick wall 6 feet away!
The room temp was 76 degrees and COULD NOT BE REGULATED. The maintenance engineer came to the room and confirmed the high temp but said there was no way to reduce the high dry heat.
Excellent Hotel and StaffPros: We arrived early and our room was ready. We were able to check into our room early which was very much appreciated after traveling all night on the red eye. The staff was friendly, attentive and the hotel was charming and very clean. Great location to everything. We really enjoyed the Lantern's Keep downstairs.
Pros: It was clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, excellent service -
from doorman to housekeeping to room service,, conveniently located, cozy lobby and library - in short -
a gem of a hotel. Will definitely return!! Cons: Absolutely no complaints!
