Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its excellent central location, making it easy to explore Milan on foot. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several reviewers highlighting positive interactions at the front desk. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with many noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some guests experienced noise issues, particularly from thin walls or loud staff, and there were occasional complaints about breakfast, elevator functionality, and room size. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for location, service, and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
