Pros (+) My Mom and stayed the first weekend of Jan. 2018 - the hotel was under construction at the time, but the place was cool, clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. Free trolley to downtown area was chill and my Ubers had no issues finding the hotel's location.

Cons (-) I asked the GSA to print some tickets for me, but the young man told me the printer was broken. That is understandable, but he did not offer to print it from their office nor suggested a nearby place to print my tickets. Pros (+) The location is excellent. The staff is gracious and helpful. The neighborhood seems perfect for exercise walking or just a stroll. The art in the public areas and halls is delightful. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed and spacious.

Pros (+) Comfortable bed
Cons (-) Staff was extremely rude. He told us that the elevator was not work and told us to take the stairs. After looking for stairs in their junky backyard for 10 mins, a guest told us the way to the stairs. The parking is $30 per night. It's overpriced for a hotel that doesn't have a bathtub or gym or hot tub. Breakfast was also not included. It's over rated. Avoid if you can.
