Northeast Los Angeles
Pretty decent hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Very reasonable price for parking car overnight. Door to balcony wasn't properly sealed so I could hear the traffic and wind outside all night.
The graveyard front desk boy was friendly and responsive and dictated to resolving our issue. We stayed here for two nights due to business and an unfortunate family members passing. Each night we were unluckily placed next to a noisy neighbor. Called front desk twice each night and issue was hardly resolved. It's like the walls to this place are paper thin! We could hear everything going on next door and upstairs. This hotel doesn't have a policy about being noisy after 10 PM so if you're looking to get a good nights rest, do not stay here.
The staff was very nice!
The room was clean and comfortable. The hot water never got hot.
clean They still come in to clean when I put the sign out
Clean and Comfortable The price was a bit much for the basic facilities offered.
the fixtures aare new its not a raggedy place the faucet in my room was leaking other than that everything was great
Very tired old hotel. Horrible location - no elevator. Cannot stay there again.
Great budget motel for the price. Clean and safe but not fancy. Will stay there again.
Great value, staff, location. Great. Nothing
It was all very pleasant. Very clean throughout. I did get a giant rash on my arm the next day from what I believe are bed bugs.
Cleanliness, location, noise level (low), and staff all exceeded expectations. Breakfast. Have a protein option like pb, hard boiled egg, cream cheese. Fruit was yucky and old/moldy. Beds are rock solid.
The room had a TV with plenty of channels. Mattress was comfortable. The only thing that justifies the $90 per night rate is a series of superficial renovations that do little to hide the fact that this is a fleabag motel worth perhaps $30 or $40 a night. My room had a brand new heater (which was already broken), which made for a very uncomfortable night when the outside temperature was below 40. Both of the brand new light fixtures were broken, so I had to use my cell phone as a flash light in my pitch dark hotel room. When I brought these issues up to staff, she said the handyman was "supposed to fix that today but will come back tomorrow." It also doesn't help that the place is in a seriously rough neighborhood, right on the freeway on one side (very loud) and disaffected youth drinking & yelling in the street on the other. Bottom line: save your $90 and get a really comfortable room in the valley. Don't get tricked like me!
Reasonable prices for quality stay
The price is quite reasonable for the condition of the room. The room was strongly scented, which gave me a bad headache every time I got back.
Cleanliness refrigerator parking
Appeared clean. There was no running water in the morning so couldn't take a shower, brush teeth, or flush the toilet. I put my parents up for the night and they are in their seventies. When I asked for some compensation or at least bottled water for my parents they could't help. Very upset that my parents had to endure such conditions.
Good service Clean facility Basic Basic Faucet knobs were a little hard to twist and move
They were doing conduction at the motel and food not inform me when I had called to confirm the reservation. We arrived early in the morning about 2:00 and the worker's started about 6:00. We drove out there to see the doctors at USC and when we arrived at our appointment we were so tired we were not able to focus correctly on the doctors information. The room itself was ok.
It was clean and affordable Location of the hotel was kind of scary... not the good part of town
Big bathroom Sketchy neighborhood, zero parking.
