Excellent location, great pools, awesome price.
Outdated. They should remodel the rooms and some of the beds.
No hot water at night.
The place is old run down and needs a facelift. When we checked in everything looked good. I went to take a shower and no hot water. The only time we had hot water was from 6-10 am. Now onto the sheets, I literally went and bought my own. The sheets looked like they had old blood stains in them. I moved the pillow and there was a fake eyelash and some long black hair. The towels felt like sand paper. If your looking for a really cheap place next to old town then this is your place. Be prepared to bring your own sheets and towels though and no hot water!
When I arrived there was no reservation for me and I had to drive around looking for another hotel. The staff wouldn't help me there
Love this hotel. Perfect location for out quick Orlando trips. Rooms for all party sizes. Great customer service from the front desk. Thank you
They picked up our wash clothes but didn’t give us new ones for the next day.
Loved the location
The roaches in my room and the paint falling off the walls. My tub also took several hours to drain
You get what you pay for...
Location was excellent, shuttle service to Epcot Center was great!
First room had a door that could be opened without a key, not safe at all. Roaches and old mattresses... Needs renovation.
Easy access to Disney...but
Super easy access to Disney. Late check in was no issue Room was a good size Parking available right in front of room Price was cheap
Walls paper thin Slamming doors all night Loud voices all night Beds incredibly hard and uncomfortable Dark parking lots—had trouble finding room because signs were tiny and there’s no lighting. Rooms desperately need updating. Hinges on door we’re rusty, painted walls in shower???, old beds, loud pipes. Glad we only spent the night and moved in quickly. I didn’t even sleep.
Our Stay at Seralago
The price, the room smelled badly, it was old rusted everywhere, dingy towels, mold spots in the bathroom , throughout the room, old broken down dresser and where the refrigerator located it's just terrible, pillows flat small enough for a toddler's bed the list goes on. I'm glad it was overnight, but if I was able to get my money back I would have went somewhere else. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, GO ELSEWHERE NOT UNLESS YOU LUCK UP ON A BETTER ROOM. SEE THE ROOM BEFORE STAYING TRUST ME
Good price, some nice amenities, some upgrades ongoing, quick service when I had a problem in room. Helpful staff and happy to have a computer with printer for some work printing.
Resort fee's suck period. Took forever to check in behind one person with resort fee and prepay issues. Older property, with dated furniture. Shower was awful looking, hodgepodge of fixes and repairs.
I could sleep at night
No communication what so ever with the employees
Location was ideal for park hopping.
It took me over 1 hour to check in because they are so understaffed. The room was filthy and smelled nasty. Garbage was left outside the rooms and no one cleaned it up during our 3 day stay. We will not return no matter how cheap.
