Cons: Bed felt too soft. Would prefer it to be firmer.
Pros: The service, the restaurant, the pool, and the staff.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower. Not so great.
Pros: Facilities are 5 star pool and spa
Cons: The room smelled like a cigar. It should have been sanitized to get the smell out.
Located on Victoria Harbour, this waterfront Four Seasons is in Hong Kong's financial district. The hotel is located in the International Finance Center, just a short walk from the Star Ferry and Exchange Square.
Pros: Accommodating staff. If your children like disney characters I guess this would be the place to stay, since you see them walking around the hotel premises quite often.
Cons: choices of restaurant and prices, you are pretty much stuck with 3 restaurants inside the hotel. There aren't really any other choices to eat.

Cons: Smell a bit of detergent and old carpet.
Over priced meals.
not good if need to go outside the Disney
Pros: Very very comfortable rooms and excellent amount of space for HK.
Also, quite like the art deco theme.
Cons: Other than the big breakfast buffet which is quite pricey, the Hollywood and Dine breakfast ran out quite quickly.
Quite expensive - but that's Disney for you!

Pros: Hotel staff are exceptional. We encountered problems unrelated to the hotel during our stay but thanks to the hard work and courtesy of the staff, the problems were solved immediately. They obviously take client service very seriously. Truly impressed by staff.
Pros: Views of the bay and service.
Pros: Everything was great exact the staff were rude on check in. The facilities were amazing and I did get a late check out to 2pm.
Cons: Staff were rude. They couldn't find my reservation. Waited 45 minutes for them to sort out the problem (their reservation system did not like I booked the hotel 3 hours before I arrived). They could have at least offered a drink or snack or something instead of making me stand around waiting for them to sort out the problem.
Pros: Food. View. Design.
Cons: Dated old fashioned.
Pros: Everything was perfact!!!
Hotel is located on Hong Kong Island, next to HK Convention Centre.
Cons: This was my primary hotel for HK. Many stays. Treated poorly. Escorted to door like bad guy. Mgr offered water as cure.
Adjacent to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the hotel showcases panoramic Victoria Harbour view. It is less than five minutes by taxi to the central business district and major shopping areas, and is only a 10-minute walk to the Wanchai MTR subway station, while the iconic Star Ferry is just steps away, a perfect option for both business and leisure travelers. Diverse and practical conference and banqueting facilities with a total area of over 1,400 square metres, equipped with LED walls and able to cater intimate to large-sized events. The hotel offers an 11,000 square metres podium garden, with a seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, tennis courts, jogging trail and many more. Discerning diners can discover authentic Cantonese cuisine to international delicacies at our superb outlets.
Pros: I like how even though the hotel is in a very tiny narrow building, they still managed to make the lobby look modern and classy. The room I stayed in was small but felt spacious and I like how the washroom has a glass window that can be closed off with a curtain operated by a switch inside the washroom for privacy. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the room provided a free phone with unlimited data and international calls!!! I could get around the city using the Google maps on the phone!
Pros: The room is clean with everything that I need. I found the best price at USD$70 per night for 5 nights and then extended for another 2 nights for $100 each night. I am happy that they give me a room on high level at 25th floor with a little bit of harbor view.
The staff is polite and professional. I will stay again if I can get a great deal in room rate
Cons: It takes about 8 minutes walk to Subway and all other big shopping area with thousand of people on the road. Once you get over the crowd and get your bearing, you are fine. Not recommend to those first time in Hong Kong as this is a bit of out of place. But for the price I play, it worths every penny. Even better than some AIRBNB.
Pros: The free mobile phone they provided is very convenient, can use as a hotspot and call to a few countries. (USA)
Cons: The room is a little bit too small. I ordered a queen size bed, and they gave me a double bed.
Pros: The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet considering the industrial location. It is not too far away from the MTR and the big APM shopping mall which provides convenience. The third floor has couple quiet visitor rooms that you can visit with friends if you find the room small.
Cons: The industrial location may not be pleasant for first time Hong Kong tourists.

Pros: Price was under $100/ night for a very comfortable hotel with great food options and easy access to transit.
Cons: Like most HK hotels, rooms are a bit small, but comfortable.
Pros: Jimmy From the Kitchen
Esther from Reception/Checkin
Mani From Household Staff
Most attentive and Friendly Crew they really understand Customer Service and train their staff Well.
A rare find
Hong Kong is usually very cold when it comes to customer service
Cons: that the last day they booked up and I couldn't stay longer lol :)
Only issue I had here was with the taxi cabs
they will not call local taxis so you have to wait sometimes for oddly long periods of time to get a cab. So Just Use Uber if you stay there because everything else is great!!!
Pros: Very beautiful hotel in centeral location to market and near to metro' very clean, also staff was very professional
Pros: always have a nice, comfortable stay.
Cons: over charged for club level. My fault for not noticing earlier. Was told it would be taken care of but was not.
Next to Hunghom MTR station and directly connected to a shopping mall, Harbour Plaza Metropolis is a five-minute bus ride to Nathan Road.
Pros: The location is great, only 3 minutes from the MTR
Cons: I arrived to the hotel at 16:00 after long flight and they told me that my room is not ready and that I will have to wait until 22:00 for room!
Pros: Good staff, excellent facilities. The upgrade to a Junior Suite was welcome.
Cons: A little bit out of things, although they is an MTR station 5 minutes walk away. The area around the hotel isn't the smartest, although it seems perfectly safe.
Pros: This is definitely a luxury hotel; it looks and feels like one from the amenities in the room to the lobby and the available restaurants in the building. The location was great because of its proximity to the MTR station, which is one of my personal favorite things about Hong Kong so I didn't mind. It's not within real walking distance of tourist attractions or downtown in Causeway Bay or Central, but the MTR and hotel shuttles make it very easy to get there. The breakfast buffet was particularly good and reasonably priced (compared to American hotels). Seems like a nice place to host a business event.
Cons: We had a great stay, but a lot of it was due to promotions. Our room had free wifi and we had a special rate since I booked far ahead of time. The wifi signal could be stronger, and the TV channels were a bit limited. There was construction next to the hotel, which somewhat took away from the otherwise nice view of the harbor. The view did have a highway between the room and harbor though, so don't go in expecting a harborfront room.
Pros: Nearest position for subway
Best thing is represented a place yo change our clothes even we've no rm
Pros: Extremely comfortable bed
Great view from 188
Cons: Run of the mill things expensive
Dinner in 188 on NYE chaotic (no main course still after three hours) which is unacceptable given the price
Pros: Beautiful panoramic view, tasty food and the stuff was very helpful.
Pros: Beautiful looking hotel. I missed my connecting flight and arrived after 1pm on the day of checkout. Staff allowed me to stay until after late checkout with no extra fees and were extremely helpful. Room was well appointed.
Pros: Staff was so helpful and friendly. Nice hotel.
Cons: Wifi signal in room was so weak. Nearly unusable.
Pros: Loved everything
Cons: The location could be better
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Located in Hong Kong East, this luxury hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Tin Hau Temple and Victoria Park. Hong Kong Central Library and Noon Day Gun are also within 1 mi (2 km).
Cons: Too crowded in lobby and at buffet meals
Dinner buffet too pricey
Only one or two elevators operational
Cons: Rooms smell, out dated and over priced
Pros: Room was very nicely appointed. Lobby is very large and nice. View of the Harbour is impressive. Taxis come by frequently. The harbor path is good for running and looking at the sea.
Cons: Lack of power ports. Hotel is not located near downtown Kowloon. Local restaurant selections are fewer than downtown. The hotel buffet for dinner and breakfast are expensive, but I did not find them worth the price.
Located on the Victoria Harbour waterfront, this hotel is just a few steps from the new MTR Whampoa Station (Exit D2). Major attractions such as Temple Street at Jordan and Ladies’ Market at Mong Kok are just three stops away. The hotel's complimentary shuttle bus will take you to downtown Tsimshatsui in approximately 8 minutes. The hotel is situated next to Hunghom Ferry Pier with quick access to North Point.

Pros: loved the location from LKF, the great city view, and nice room
Cons: bathtub was tiny.
Pros: Nice bed, shower, excellent mobile phone rental policy
Cons: Could hear the noise from the neighboring room. Maybe a better seal of the shared door between would help. Also, didn't get a receipt for my stay. By the time I remembered it was too late to go back.
Cons: Poor 4 star hotel standards overall
Located in the heart of Hong Kong's financial and commercial district, the 33-story Lan Kwai Fong Hotel @ Kau U Fong is a quarter-km (less than a half-mile) from SoHo.
Pros: The location is great and close to the star ferry, MTR, popular eateries and shopping.
Cons: The bathroom is poorly designed with water going everywhere but the face basin or bath tub. Noise is an issue being in the bars and clubs district. The breakfast is not great, better off saving that money and going to a yumcha place.
Pros: Best of this hotel is the location, rooms are good and confortable, may need a refurbish very soon
Cons: Staff need trainning some very gebtle some others need improve, the carpet on rooms need to be cleaned, looks very dirty, bathroom shower is very un confortable to kar fast shower even the bathtroom is dpaced enough,
Pros: Location is great - right in the middle of LKF, a short walk to Centra
Cons: I've stayed here a number of times due to the location and price, but the customer service at this hotel is the worst I've ever experienced in all of my travels. Staff is slow to do everything - check in, check out, wake up call, room service. You name it - they are terrible at it.
Pros: Comfortable size hotel and good location.
Cons: Charged for internet, exorbitant fee to extend check out for 2 hours. No coffee shop close or on premise.
Pros: The concierge was very helpful with giving advice and directions, and the front desk staff were very efficient. The housekeeper assigned to our room spoke English and was attentive to our needs - very nice lady. Hotel is large and within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and the MTR subway station.
Cons: Room was not well ventilated, and the thermostat was difficult to adjust. Humidity was too high. As the building is a high-rise, the windows cannot be opened.
Pros: The hotel is in a decent location in the Jordan area of Kowloon.
Cons: The hotel rooms are probably the smallest I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in a lot of small rooms (including other hotels in Hong Kong).
Pros: Decent location, clean
Cons: Tiny rooms, tiny bathrooms
Pros: This was my first trip to Hong Kong and I was traveling solo. The staff was incredibly helpful in giving suggested activities, marking routes on on my map and remembered my name "good morning Miss Julie, where are you going today?"
I read the room description and knew the room was going to be small. I read negative remarks about the size but I found it to be quite comfortable, especially as a solo traveler. I was on the 29th floor and view was great. Location has very easy access to the subway, bus and airport express. I will definitely return.
Cons: Would probably be a bit too small for a family stay with kids.
Pros: Great price
Cons: Very small rooms and tacky decorations
Pros: the staff was very helpful
Cons: This was the smallest hotel room ive ever stayed in, for an additionally $100 HK, I could have been at a much, much better hotel with added features.

Pros: Good value for money. Happy Valley is a lovely location. Comfortable. Great, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Very limited breakfast selection.
Located in Happy Valley, this hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Time Square Hong Kong, Happy Valley Race Course, and Times Square Shopping Mall. Queen Elizabeth Stadium and Hong Kong Stadium are also within 1 mi (2 km).

Cons: no anybody told me that there is no table in the room when I book via Internet. I thought that 3 thinks must be in each room-
bad, table and chair. I asked staff to give me room with table. They ask me to pay extra HKG320/day for this kind of room. Be careful you might be next. Feb.26-Mar.01'15

Business, Other Amenities
Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and laundry facilities.
Cons: The mattresses were like they found the springs burnt out on the side if the road and threw a sheet over the top
If I cannot trust best western to have a minimum standard for a mattress then I will not book them again, ever!
My hip is bruised from the spring digging into it....
I got 3hours sleep total and the rest woken by pain, it's atrocious
Breakfast was mostly poor quality
Room was tiny, no desk, no where to put bags or clothes, and lifts were excruciatingly slow.
So guess what, I never best western again, how would I know to ask if a mattress is fit for anything other than a farm animal?
Not surprising that bookings are non refundable because we would have left immediately otherwise
Your reputation just got smashed by saving peanuts on a half decent mattress
Pros: Price and location were ok just meters from Sai Yong Pun MTR.
Cons: Rooms old and drab, need makeover. Bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on with springs pushing through. Exterior noise was bad. Could hear car horns even on 21st floor. Hallway noise. Despite having do not disturb manager knocked on my door waking me asking if I needed room cleaned.
Pros: Nice rooms relatively, good location and view.
Cons: After I got severe food poisoning, I was denied extra bottles of water and help calling my travel insurance. Not sure how close to death you need to be to get help.
Pros: More space in the reason space
Pros: The location was excellent. We used the MTR a lot and being so close to the stop was great for us. It was also close to the harbor and Soho which made exploring very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was incredibly small, but in HK that is normal I suppose.
The rooftop pool was closed. One of the reasons we booked was to take a picture from the roof so we were pretty bummed about it.
Pros: The cleaning staff and maintenance was up to par and done their job well. I was impress by how the cleaning staff wanted to service the rooms and most of the employees helped with my concerns and questions.
Cons: The description of either full or double bed room wasn't explained properly on the website and I expected a Harbor View but received a Mountain View because they did not give me a double room on the harbor side for the price that I paid and wanted me to pay more for the the double bed on Harbour View which was not described in the website so me and my guest had to take the two twin beds and put them together to have one full bed and the beds were uncomfortable and very hard not being easy to sleep on. The description on the website said full or twin beds with no description on either mountain or Harbor View.
Pros: Hotel is very close to the subway station. Rooftop pool is a great added benefit!
Cons: Rooms were a little bit small, but that is to be expected of in Hong Kong. Rooms felt dusty
Cons: i dont like anything, this was very bad experience, i never imagine that can be a B western hotel in any part of the world without closet or place to put your clothes, i really very disapointment because i travel to several countries around the world and i never see even a one start hotel without closet.
Pros: For one person the space was fine and the area around the hotel was pretty cool if you're into exploring on foot. Pretty neat design as well.
Cons: The only issue was the bed was really hard.
Pros: Location, service, price, room
Cons: Toothbrush and toothpaste were horrible.
Pros: Room extremely small with just a small shower, no closest just couple of hanger on the wall, no table, no chair, no space for your suitcases, just enter and seat on the bed, you are like sleeping in the springs!
