Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near transport links and attractions, as well as the attentive and friendly service provided by staff. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and beautiful views, especially from higher floors and the rooftop areas. However, several reviews noted that the hotel's decor and furnishings are dated, with some concerns about cleanliness, particularly regarding carpets and room odors. Despite these issues, the overall value for money and amenities like the pool and restaurant were highlighted as positives.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Impressive hotel, in terms of infrastructure. The breakfast place is impressive, as well as the food selection, it’s very fresh. Staff is kind and speak great English as expected.
Cons (-) My only complain: the room carpet! It need a renovation quickly. It damages all the room look&feel, as well as the overall experience as its showing signs of wearing out and looks just kind of filthy (even though it might be “clean”).
Pros (+) The location is great, only 3 minutes from the MTR
Cons (-) I arrived to the hotel at 16:00 after long flight and they told me that my room is not ready and that I will have to wait until 22:00 for room!
