Pros (+) Had a convenient place to stay in Hong Kong
Cons (-) (1) given the handicapped room. The basin was too low for washing (2) The second day after the room cleaning of room 765, 2 women’s underwear were found (3) room 755 had bloodstain on the beige bed underskirt. Pros (+) Right next to the Peninsula for a fraction of the cost, the YMCA is great value in a clean, friendly hotel. It doesn't have frills, but we have always stayed there in Hong Kong and recommend it especially for families.
Cons (-) Not much. It's large but has the amenities available to a hotel such as concierge (he was terrific) and laundry service.

Pros (+) The hotel is located within the walking distance of everything such as: The Star Ferry Pier for harbor crossing The Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station for traveling to any places in Kowloon and Hong Kong Island Restaurants and budgeted fast food cafes are all around the hotel Several malls such as Ocean Terminal and Harbor City for shopping Promenade Walk and Avenue of Stars

Pros (+) Location was brilliant to catch the ferry to Hong Kong Island. Great view of the harbour and laser show. Great breakfast available down stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean and we were able to use the showers in the YMCA facilities later in the evening before heading to the airport.
