L'Agence de retrait du véhicule a été changée sans nous avertir : Nous avions réservé un véhicule à l'Agence de l'aéroport de Montréal mais sur la confirmation, c'est l'Agence Montréal Centre ville qui est apparue. Nous avons dû nous organiser par nos propres moyens pour nous rendre à cette agence. Et quand nous sommes arrivés, aucun véhicule ne nous attendait !!! Nous vous demandons un dédommagement. We pre-pay a rental reservation and pick up time was 4 pm. Didn’t receive any advisory that the pick up location is at 4pm. Flight was delayed and since it’s a direct flight, unable to call to advice. Spoke to a rep at hertz which charges 5 % of the amount to inquire and was told that since it’s pre-pay the location should hold the car for 24 hours of pick up time. When I called the location at 8:30 am (they open at 8) they said there’s no more cars available. They said we will get a full refund bet 4-10 business days. Will still have to wait and see how will that go. Very poor and unreliable! They coud’ve at least given us a call when they opened to confirm since it’s already pre-paid! Didn’t hesitate of ripping us off with the payment we already made and just gave our reserved car to someone else! NOT RESERVING AT HERTZ AGAIN!!!
