DisasterPros:They were courteous when I picked up the car. Spoke English well. There was not much of a wait to get serviceCons:The GPS did not work well. The car would not start onthe last day of the trip and neither The Hertz office in Nice or in Spain would help. Allianz insurance would not help. The situation is still not resolved, I have spent 6 or more hours on the phone with only getting told "that I need to talk to a different Hertz office.Reviewed 18 Jul 2017

Terrible RIP OFF in Spain BilbaoPros:car was newCons:I booked a car for 6 passengers only to be told its not big enough for our luggage.I was given a bigger car that I had to pay for. Then I was told that the car I purchased didn't include any Insurance at all and that I was liable up to 25000 Euro. in all I had to pay approx. another $450 Euro for the car. I wont waste my time on the holiday complaining and reporting this abuse of vulnerable travellers(when they don't have another choice and cancellation is not allowed) but when I get back to Sydney I will be making formal complaintsReviewed 10 Jul 2017
