nice atmosphere, didn't see spa, but is inclusive and just newly opened, nice rooms bathroom could need a little renew - 20 Min ride from Main Station plus bus ride of 10 Min makes it a little less good reachable - in the morning quite noisy because of cleaning staff and door ringing, clapping doors (couldn't sleep in until 9 or 10...)
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms.
Sauna and the nice big and clean rooms
surprisingly nice hotel and staff very very expensive food however what can you expect from a luxury hotel like this! ;-)
The hotel is quiet & the staff are polite & helpful none of the information was available in English
Perfect stay. Very smart and comfortable hotel. Large room very clean. professionnal staff. Would suggest a complimentary tray inside the room with tea/coffee facility.
nice breakfast, nice restaurant and bar The rooms are large, but a bit disappointing, with poor decoration and paintwork.
the location of the hotel and the food
located in a very guiet and green are, transportation is really easy, rich breakfast, not so luxurois but comfortable and clean, everything one needs in a hotel room, outstanding choice in particular for the week-ends and public holidays
Spacious and layout well planned for evening meals, bar
location, security, value lacked a fitness center and did not have coffee available in room or lobby other than breakfast room
its location and very good breakfast the hotel is perfect for weekends and business trips. It is near to underground station and gives availability to reach any points in Hamburg.
It was inexpensive and in the middle of Harburg. The breakfast buffet is included, even though the food quality was mediocre at best. The interior, specifically the TV is outdated. It was a probably 20 year old tube which has a terrible picture quality. The paint on the bathroom doors fell off and they still use shower curtains which have a tendency to wrap around your body when warm water flow starts...
Location, location, location... I had to stay in Harburg and unfortunately there aren't a lot of choices in the direct area. The interior is outdated and using a shower curtain instead of a glas door is not acceptable. It wraps around your body when showernig. The TV is probably 20 years old and picture quality is terrible. The prrice of 5 Euros for a bottle of water is just ridiculous and makes you wonder why they think they get around with such a rip-off.
the price and the breakfast no free internet on the room
Helpful staff The €14 for breakfast was offered on a take or leave basis. Not a good idea for anyone who just wants a juice, roll and cup of coffee. So I declined. There is no alternative cafe in the vicinity
I enjoyed staying Panorama Hotel. Good services and location, with excellent availability to train and bus transport network. Nothing I really disliked.
Soundproofing between rooms - not nice hearing others go to the toilet
Excellent well maintained hotel in the centre of Harburg. Staff excellent and most helpful. Small reasonably stocked minibar in-room with drinks all reasonably priced. No tea/Coffee facilities in-room
Accessability No food after 10 pm.
We used your accommodation in the evening and explored Hamburg by day No complaints
A peaceful location with great views from rooms and restaurant. My room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom The hotel is very large and the layout is not clearly recognizable. Therefore, getting to your room can be a bit of an adventure. Too many steps with no lift facilities make it difficult if you have much luggage. The large terraces were not accessible from the rooms on my floor and looked poorly maintained with weeds growing between tiles. The garden areas around the hotel look somewhat neglected.
It filled my need of a one night stay outside Hamburg. Not really a complaint, but the address given for the hotel took my satnav up a woodland road which is 100 metres before the hotel's entrance
Large hotel in the wooded, hilly countryside of Hamburg. Great views from the full restaurant during sunset (and to be even better as the owner plans to top some trees blocking the view of Hamburg). Ample free parking. Good place to hold receptions, conferences, etc. Location is great if you want to be in the woods, but not so great for city excursions. The hotel is not near a train station, but the nearest station has free parking. Although the staff were patient with the difficulties, English is not widely spoken. Pool was not open.
The view and the buffet breakfast. A slightly surreal experience. Know the hotel from when it was smaller - now it's a giant maze catering for conferences. Lighting needs to be better on some stairs. Outside areas need attention - somewhat dilapidated. Staff could be more, how shall I put it, 'proactive'?
