I had a reservation at 10 am, but they didn’t prepare the car when I arrived. They only have 1 car in same type that I requested. My family had been waiting for 3 hours, all my schedules were way behind the plan. Finally, the car had been returned and it only had 15% gas remain. I received the car after the 10 mins simply clean.

Easy, fast pick up and drop off. The parkade was incredibly tight and difficult to drive in.

Zero customer service. Unable to have help from kayak, dollar or Hertz (who owns dollar). Upon arrival unable to modify reservation (even in person). Unable to use reservation. Needed to rebook at a higher cost.
