Pros: Breakfast is amazing Location is super central rooftop pool

Pros: The breakfast was ok, nothing over the moon. The sound level was horrible in the evening and the morning.

Cons: Smoking within limits set by the hotel. Music and sound level in the evening. Sound level during breakfast and the smell of old beer...

Pros: The hotel was very convenient to the train station. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with lots of fresh fruit, among other options. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Comfortable beds. Good climate control within the room.

Cons: The water did not stay in the shower/tub well. I was there for a week, and there weren't many drawers or hooks to put clothes away. Nothing too bothersome overall.

Pros: Fantastic location, very central. Lovely bar, a good place to start, or indeed end an evening. Also made use of the pool which was great added bonus.

Pros: The Norda restaurant was excellent! The bed was extremely comfortable

Cons: The hotel itself was very busy, crowded breakfast and big event going on while I was there. Also the spa wasn’t that great, not very luxurious and hotel guests had to pay for the relax room

Pros: Central, modern renovated in old post building. Rooftop pool, top facilities.

Pros: Good location but too expensive compared what it’s offer

Cons: It was a long check in line and I chose the express check in. I got double charge at my credit card and the staff didn’t say anything when I asked a receipt. I checked with my back and it was double charge. Came back to the front desk and they could see it at the computer. They said that it would be refund and didn’t ever say sorry neither apologize! This isn’t a cheap hotel and if the express check doesn’t work properly so they should have more employees working at the front desk.

Pros: Fantastic hotel perfectly placed in an amazing city

Pros: We loved this hotel. The room was wonderful and a good size, the included breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had with an enormous selection of food. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Throw in in a great location and this place can't be beat.

Pros: Hotel is in a great location, very central both to shopping, sightseeing and getting around. I like the building and the facitlities. Children had a great time in rooftop pool. Restaurant and bar were great though one bar was closed for renovation. Breakfast was wonderful. Many different things to choose from of mostly high quality.

Cons: Sometimes hard to reach personnel, like when we wanted to make a reservation in the restaurant and could not get a hold of anyone. In the end someone from the front desk walked over to the restaurant to handle our reservation. Breakfast shuts down early (10am) , and right on the dot in a somewhat brutal way. If you are on vacation you may want to sleep in. I would prefer breakfast until 11.

Pros: Staff were so friendly! Often because I speak English only, it is frowned upon but they were lovely. Breakfast was fresh and large variety and room was nice and comfortable!

Pros: location, room, tea-coffee-kettle in the room was a very convinient solution. for breakfast more fruits could be served. Otherwise very nice and cosy dining room. Iron and hairdryer on the room - an exellent solution, not very often offered by other hotels.

Cons: a slightly perceptible strange smell, a kind of ciggaret-like smell, however not sure if it was the carpet, the currtains or from the street.

Pros: Great location, great staff, clean and well run.

Cons: Rooms are very small. Maid service on the weekends was sub par, during the week just fine. Don’t stay there during hot periods as there’s no a/c. They will provide fans but the square across the street is quite noisy, making it very hard to sleep with the windows open. All in all, an excellent choice for great location at a reasonable price during the cooler months.

Pros: I really liked the bar downstairs. Very classic and good to enjoy a good glass of wine at the end of the day.

Pros: The location was awesome, the staff were cool and friendly, the breakfast was awesome, really good.

Cons: The room was cold on Sunday night, Monday I woke up with a cold, I didn’t know that I had to pay to use the swimming pool and the hot tub of the hotel. The safe was locked when I got to the room and to open or close the safe I had to use a credit card or hit it few times so the door will open. I was on room 750 and it was super noisy, we don’t know where the noise came from, but it was mechanical, like a laundry room.

Pros: Quiet, central, good wifi, great lounge area.

Cons: The room itself was inhumanly cold and stuffy

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Dinner was also good. We ate in the dining room twice and enjoyed it a lot both times. The shrimps in the shrimp pasta were huge and delicious. The dining room also had a great street view.

Cons: We were warm and there were no fans or other means of cooling off the room that we could find. This was not a huge problem and did not interfere with sleep. It was our choice to take a room in the back of the hotel (noise), but the view was dreary so we kept the drapes drawn.

Cons: The room was far too warm and while opening all the ventilation slots in the window helped a little, it was inadequate

Pros: The Hotel room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal for my requirements

Cons: The Hotel is currently under renovation which was not mnetioned. The access to the Hotel and the reception are not ideal. The workers start early in the morning and finish late, so there was a lot of noise. The lifts in the morning were very busy and the stairs do not go all the way down to the groundfloor which for me is a concern should the hotel need to be evacuated. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for the lift which in my opinion is not acceptable

Pros: The hotel could be very good and the restaurant is excellent. However this is currently completely overshadowed by the noise from construction.

Cons: When booking, we were informed that there was some work being done to the reception area and that consequently the spa would be unavailable. We were on holiday but considered this wouldn’t be a problem for us. However, on checking in, we were informed that the noise from the building works would start at 8am. Not great when you’re on holiday. The building works affect the whole hotel and it is not possible to sleep given the vibrations through each room. On complaining, the staff are clearly instructed that they cannot do anything to help, which means that we left with a very sour taste in our mouths. If the note they had given us on booking had been more honest and informed us that the building works affected the whole hotel (we were on at least the sixth floor I think) then we would have at least had the opportunity to consider whether we would be awake at 8am anyway, or whether to go elsewhere. Given we had prepaid our room and the extent of the problem was not obvious until the following morning (at 8am), this was not helpful. Simply because of their approach to guest service, I would not recommend the hotel to anyone, even after the works are completed. But I would recommend the restaurant at the top - just stay elsewhere.

Pros: Family room was nice like in the pictures. Beautiful extra crib for the baby, nice bathroom, comfy bed.

Cons: There was no information about the ongoing renovation of the main entrance which destroyed the whole hotel stay experience for us, because we needed to carry the suitcases and two baby strollers up the stairs to enter and exit the hotel from the side or from the fire exit every single time. The concierge helped us but his two hands were not enough.it's not something one looks forward to after long trip or day in the city with two babies. Another thing to complain about was cleaning of the room. We managed to get a stain on our double bed sheet but it wasn't changed after room service. Also the te and coffee was not refilled during the whole stay. Breakfast was OK and absolutely not great, it was in the hotels bar area because of the renovation of the restaurant I guess.

Pros: Nice hotel, very nice, cheerful and professional staff. Very good breakfast and now excellent views in the sky bar. Oh and I just love the beds with the lovely fluffy duvets and pillows! Clean rooms, posh bath - love the luxury of extra duvets and towels in the wardrobe, water kettle coffee tea. Nice little extra - the shoe such is a map of 3 walks/runs

Cons: Just now undergoing refurbishment, so got some scaffolding in the view, but still nice and clean

Pros: Location: hotel is next to bus station. Breakfast rich and varied. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop view over the city!

Cons: Laundry service, breakfast quality, suffice and lower parking rates for customers. Receptionist to have a better attitude (I know they also stress during the renovation) , therefore a better handling of situation during renovation will be much better.

Pros: Quiet room, very modern, excellent internet. Excellent skybar.

Cons: Drinks very expensive..but then again it is Sweden!!

Cons: Surrounded by construction equipment. And hard to find the main entrance because of hoyel renovation.
