I found the staff for the most part friendly. Price was good. Location is ok.
Housekeeping did a poor job cleaning the room. Breakfast was just okay compared to other hotels in the city
Location was great, just off the highway. The room was clean and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Everything was OK.
Nice hotel, with a very nice view if you take the sky rooms.
People should smile more :-)
I stayed in the Sky Executive Room with my daughter. The view was fantastic.
The nice view from the fourteenth floor and the very nice breakfast.
The very bad shape of the room. The bathroom was falling into pieces. The sink wasn't working and the shower was broken also.
That it was close to Scandinavium arena
The staff wasn't always friendly. There was a worlds championships figure skating taking place at the same period of time, and we - the guests - were treated as annoying yet inevitable add on. We couldn't use elevators on certain days in the lobby, we had to eat in a different restaurant (while hotel information didn't mention it), we were asked 'where is your pass?' , 'where are you going?' t
The Restaurant and Bar, Heaven 23 was exactly that Heaven
very poor service at breakfast room, tables were not cleaned so it was hard to find clean, ready to use table
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in by a mile. Really superb service, location and value for money. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Close to town / Park. The hotel is modern.
Can be overcrowded - breakfast on weekends / lifts
