Pool; marina and waterway views; ability to extend checkout no problem. Difficulty with electronic door lock. Only on checkout was problem disclosed as a battery problem. I'll remember this next stay, should it happen again. Housekeeping supervisor contacted security right away to have battery changed.
Friendly staff Deceptive practices...room rate increased without explanation. Charged for comp water. Parking is expensive. Would not have selected this property had I known that in advance.rooms small and dated. Bathroom stank (had to put scent satchels in it). Slow drains. Rooms not properly cleaned. Won't be back.
Location to the cruise port Staff atentiveness; e.g., had problems using the hotel parking several times and front desk personnel were unresponsive at first

Everything from the service to amenities to the location were excellent for our family with two young children traveling back home from our cruise. The room was immense and clean. The included breakfast was above the standard fare. The ability for us to eat lunch at the hotel was an added bonus. Nothing

Great location for getting around the city. Some of the guest was very noisy. Kept me up for over an hour one of the four night stay..

The staff was great; very accommodating. Room was very nice and clean. We had a room with 1 bed but had a fold out sofa bed-however we did not need the extra bed. It is close to the highway and off a Main Street which made it easy to get places. The continental breakfast was good; they offered eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, juices, milk, tea and coffee. The TV only had a few channels that worked- very basic television offered. Breakfast room was small and always full so it made space to eat very cramped and most of he time none at all. We were very lucky our room was a couple doors down so we got our food and ate it in our room. If we wanted some more or something else, we just went and got it and brought it back to our room.
To start with, this is not a Sheraton Property. They are in the process of trying to become a Sheraton hotel, but do not have any of the amenities open one would expect from a Four Points hotel. If there is more than 4 people in the lobby trying to check in it is very uncomfortable as the lobby is very very small. Also, first thing in the morning, without knocking or any sort of announcing themselves, housekeeping just walked right into the room. Had we not been expecting a Four Points hotel, this would have been fine for a 1 night stay, but it is absolutely not as advertised.
Carina accommodated myself, husband and our 3 yo when our flight was canceled at 10pm and booking.com booked our hotel for the wrong date. She was great and provided us with refreshments after hearing about our traveling troubles.
Sheets were not changed. Air quality was very poor. All a/c units in building need thorough cleaning. Breakfast needs more healthy options. Tv needs on demand and way faster channel surfing. Any type of utensil would have been great in room as well.
