The day before we left they called to inform us that they didn't have a car for us anymore, and we were number 1 on the waiting list.

Cons:

They never called us to let us know they had the car promised us previously. We ended-up paying twice as much through a different rental company.

Rental counter was super hard to find, no signage or anything.

Cons:

The rental counter closed at the exact time that our reservation was booked

Took too long to get rental. I think it was around 20 minutes. Car still had cleaning wipes from previous rental or the cleaning crew left them in the car.

Pros:

Overall, nice car & drop off was super easy. We paid for a full standard car and they provided a small SUV, which was appreciated. Price was way more of a value than picking up a rental from the airport.

Cons:

A little confusing finding the Hertz desk - we didn’t realize it was located on the 3rd floor of the Marriott. Would recommend them adding Marriott hotels to the address line.

Nothing, office closed, reservation canceled and car was given to other customer

Cons:

Communication with the customer about rental office hours especially customers coming from the airport to pickup

Cons:

When arriving at Hertz at the Tampa airport, and waiting inline only to find my reservation was for another Hertz across town. Hertz moved my reservation to the airport location but I had to pay 3 times the amount. Pay attention to the rental address when you book!

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and the office was clean. They came out and helped me hook up my blue tooth when I asked. Very friendly.

Cons:

My car was dirty and smelled pretty bad from a smoker. They did give it a quick wash for me, but the smell lasted for my whole trip.
