The car was fine, but was not appropriate for Tinian. The roads you travel on to see the sights on Tinian are rough and often somewhat overgrown with brush. We actually turned in the car and switched to another company that rents cars that are more appropriate for touring on Tinian. The pick up location called me as I pulled in to pick up my car and stated that they did not have a truck or any other vehicle they could give me. The woman there was rude and and very short. I WILL NOT BE RENTING from this location ever again! I would strongly reconsider your partnership with them as this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location.Reviewed 15 Apr 2025

I was denied the prepaid car due to not having my physical drivers license available. Dollar refused to transfer the prepaid reservation to my travel Companion. They would rent a car to my companion for three times the price I paid in advance. They refused to refund my prepaid reservation as well.
