awful, they did not have the van they said they would even though I called ahead to make sure and they said there was nothing they could do. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars more elsewhere - I will never use dollar or go through price line again.Reviewed 30 Aug 2026

The long wait at the counter to pick up the car negatively tainted the entire experience. (The coffee someone had skilled on the floor in the line was also unpleasant--and hazardous. No one seemed to care that everyone was having to line up around it.). The car itself was nice and was better than expected when we took the chance on the mystery vehicle. The pick up experience was terrible. There was a situation with flight cancellations, from what I heard other customers say, which affected the pick up times of several customers. This was not communicated by any of the Dollar management team. As a result, many customers were left wondering what was happening with the bottleneck at the booth. The Dollar employees at the booth were inundated with frustrated customers who did not have their vehicles. Upper management should have communicated clearly as to why this was happening. For a positive, I liked the ease of drop off when I returned my vehicle.Reviewed 26 Aug 2026

I likes the price, didn't like how the car wasn't clean at all covered in dead bugs and dirt. Didnt like getting a sports car when I rented an suv. Should be ashamed giving such a dirty car to paying customer first thing I did was take it to the car wash spend 30 bucks with a brush scrubbing all the dead bugs off of a car I just paid 1000 bucks for .Reviewed 24 Aug 2026

Rented for one price. Tried to extend. WEBSITE DOESNT WORK!!! Why send a link for extension that won’t work? Went To rental office to extend and rate changed dramatically! That sucks! Overall value turned Out to be mediocre at best. Could have beat the rate elsewhere. Rental office is Hertz and dollar. They are more interested in Hertz than Dollar and don’t like Kayak at all!Reviewed 24 Aug 2026

Friendly customer service, vehicle was available, easy drop-off. However, the third row was not cleaned. There were food crumbs and an impossible to miss spot of sticky stuff in the middle of one of the back seats.Reviewed 24 Aug 2026
