Pros: Service was excellent and accomodating
Cons: We did not understand the car would not be at the airport. I had to pay $30 to get to the Campbell Street location. A late plane nearly caused a failure to get there before that Enterprise location closed.
The car was comfortable and clean but it did have a lingering smoke smell.

Super Customer Service
Pros: We arrived an hour early on a Sunday prior to the office opening. The enterprise office manager was there and sauce in the parking lot as we were getting our luggage out of a taxi. He unlocked the door and processed our rental an hour before scheduled opening. The customer service at enterprise car rental has always been exceptional. We know who we are renting from in the future.

Pros: We were late to pick up the car and got there very close to closing time. The worker Josh gladly stayed and made sure we were good to go even though it cost him staying after hours. Great place, great service!

Trip to Branson, MO
Pros: Personnel at the Enterprise kiosk at the airport were very courteous and accommodating.
Cons: What was rather upsetting was the fact that I called Enterprise before I made the reservation and they assured me that the price quoted was at the airport kiosk only to find out that the reservation was for the downtown site. Fortunately, the gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and we came to a very satisfactory agreement.

Cons: got charged for an extra day because we were there an hour and half late. Would not have late except communication about where to drop off car was poor. Don't feel like it was all our fault.

Pros: INITIALLY FELT LIKE THERE WAS DUPLICITY. I MADE RESERVATION VIA INTERNET AND ON THE SITE IT SHOWED A PRIUS AS IN THE PRICE CATEGORY. WHEN I CALLED ENTERPRISE I WAS ADVISED BY FRED THAT ENTERPRISE DOES NOT RENT PRIUS VEHI. I QUESTIONED HIM HARD ON THIS SINCE PRIUS WAS ON SITE. HE SAID SITE IS 3RD PARTY AND HAS THINGS NOT RELATIVE TO ENTERPRISE. WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK UP (NO ONE OFFERED TO PICK ME UP) THERE WAS CONFUSION BUT THE MAN HELPING DID HIS BEST. HE SAID ENTERPRISE DOES RENT PRIUS BUT NONE ARE AVAIL. WE WAITED SOME TIME FOR A FORD FOCUS BUT THE WAIT GOT TOO LONG SO WE SETTLED ON A NISSAN SENTRA WHICH WAS A GOOD VEHICLE. IT HAD ONE ISSUE WITH A STRANGE SOUND LIKE SOMEONE HONKING AT ME WHEN TRAVELING AROUND 65 MPH. IT EVIDENTLY WAS A LOOSE PIECE OF TRIM THAT GETS CAUGHT IN WIND AND MAKES THE SOUND OF A HORN GOING OFF.
Cons: CAR WAS COMFORTABLE, REASONABLE RENTAL FEE AND GAS MILEAGE WAS RESPECTABLE.
Cons: It was rainy and cold in Springfield, Missouri when I picked up the rental at the airport. I was given a key and told it was in the parking lot. I had trouble finding the vehicle. There was another car of the same make and color which I found, but the key would not work of course. I had to return to the desk for better directions. I was sent again to find it myself, which I finally did. It was about seven rows away from the terminal. It would have been nicer to have better instructions, or to have the car located in a close up parking area or to have been escorted to its location.

Drop off is painful at springfield airport
Pros: Customer was good.
Cons: Drop off is a pain. No one is there to take your car. You have to record your mileage and parking space and go into the airport to turn in your keys.

Pros: We were traveling with a baby and they made the car rental experience seamless and easy. The paperwork to pick up the car took about 2 minutes and the car was clean, ready to go, and in the parking spot they told us. Likewise, dropping it off was simply giving them the keys and picking up our receipt. Price was also great, I will be using them again.

Better Signage Needed
Cons: You need to have better signage at the rental counter. We couldn't find the counter because there was a huge Enterprise sign, and a tiny (practically hidden by the height of the counter) Alamo sign.

Pros: Ford Escape unlimited miles for 2 days was $30. The Escape had all the bells and whistles and less than 1,000 miles on it when I picked it up. It got about 24mpg over 740 miles of driving.

Pros: We loved the service with a smile. Liked being able to drop off in a different location from where we picked the car up. Super easy to pick up and drop off.

Pros: Sonata gets good gas mileage
Cons: Sonata has cheapened in past few years. Did not like the trans shifting constantly with in town driving. Not impressed with car. Bluetooth quit working just out of the blue. Would not rent again.

Cons: The sales agent at the desk was awful. Rude and condescending. Her name was Antoniya and she clearly hated her job, and took her anger out on me. Not in anyway helpful. I go through Springfield a lot. Never had this happen before, but this my first time renting from Budget. I won't rent from them again because their service agent was so bad.

Pros: The Corolla was basically perfect for our purpose. fits 4 comfortably and we didn't have much luggage. Also got good gas mileage.

Cons: Horrendous extra charges as well fill up charge of $31.00 I didn't ask for was ad on,till today I dont have refund.Answer was I can take it of but our service man who wash cars have to check it (Full tank) or show me recite!!! Best experience we've had.
Pros: Pick up and drop off was simple and fast. Everything was next to baggage pickup at the airport which was fantastic.
Cons: Budget automatically charges you for a full tank of gas (other rental services let you choose) but if you show them a receipt that you filled up, they will remove charge. Shouldn't automatically add this to bills and make us work to get it removed. That was only issue preventing 5 stars.

Cons: I called and made reservations I show up to the airport to pick up my car you said my credit my debit card wasn't good enough you left me hanging 300 miles from home I had no way to get around you left me hanging luckily I went to Avis and they took my debit card I will always you save us and I will tell everybody never to use Hertz

Pros: Reserved a mid sized suv for family trip through questionable weather specifically for the 4 wheel drive. Was later told they couldn't promise a 4 wheel drive even though reservation was made months in advance. Check in and out was very easy with friendly staff. Was given a RAV4 instead of promised Jeep liberty that was ok except high beams didn't work. Price was good but there was snafu with a gift certificate that took extra calls to figure out. . Overall ok but not great.

Cons: The computer told the employee that the price we prepaid was not allowed, check with their supervisor. She found the supervisor, both said they never saw this exception. They called their back office, no one is familiar with that exception. took about a half hour to get our rental, otherwise, it's good.

Fast Friendly Affordable
Pros: Employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our car was ready but we opted for an upgrade. It only took about 15 min to get it ready. Great vehicle with great mileage. Very pleasant experience all around.
Cons: A little tricky to find the office. Tucked behind another business with no sign on the main road. The employees explained the city wouldn't allow any more signs. Call for specific directions and you'll be fine.
Cons: The car originally rented was for off sight but when getting to the airport they were closed and to switch to a different agency.

Cons: When I landed I went to Avis counter and found out that my reservation was at a different location in the city and that they were closed at that time (on Sunday) They offered me a car there but it was three times the price that I reserved it. They took me to Payless and I got a car there. It was still higher priced than I agreed to. Not real happy with the response as they should have honored my original price through Kayak.

Drop-off before 6:30 pm.
Pros: Good price. Quick and easy service at the airport.
Cons: Even though the car only had 9,000 miles, the residual air freshener hit me every time I entered the car.

Long wait. Car reserved not available.
Pros: Eventually got a supervisor to help
Cons: Waited 30 minutes only to be told I no full size cars available (which is what I reserved) and that they would put me in an intermediate and that I would still pay the full size rate. Agent said sorry that he couldn't do anything about it. I called Payless on the phone while he wasn't able to help me. He said that's all he could do and the I said well I don't have to take the car, I can cancel. Then a supervisor from the Avis counter showed up and helped him. He said he was new so Payless this is a 'training opportunity' for you!
