Nothing really could have been better. This was a 2020 and it had all the bells and whistles. I had never driven anything so new. And I was in and out of the building four or five times coming back with different questions and the manager was very patient with me.6.0 Okay

The vehicle was nice and drove well and was comfortable.Cons:
It wreaked of marijuana... like BAD.... We were going on a family vacation. I had to leave all the doors open, vacuum, wipe it down and put air freshners in it which didn't make the smell go away completely....it was bad. I mentioned it when I brought it back. The guy that worked there just made a face but didn't say anything. He didn't care.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
Nothing about the rental was good. Shawn the owner of the Jefferson City shop was very disrespectful and did not provide the vehicles that were promised in the rental agreement. I will never rent from him ever again and I do not recommend anyone to use Avis or Budget. Also I hope you and your family are never in a wreck in an Avis rental car. They do not care at all. Avis customer assistance left me and my family in the middle of an Interstate with a totalled vehicle after a 4 car pile up for 6 hours. They told us basically to figure it out and they could not give us another vehicle to get home.Cons:
Never ever use Avis or Budget rental services. Terrible customer service. From the minute I arrived at the Avis shop to pick up my vehicle until I got back from my trip, I had nothing but trouble from Avis.Hertz
