The agent at pick up used shady language to try to make us think that the insurance we had bought online with kayak at the time of bookingwas not real and that we had been ripped off and that we really should only buy it from budget. She made it seem as if we did not have the insurance at all. She was snarky, bordering on rude. Another agent came along and in plain language just said they wouldn't have record of it there at the counter if we did buy insurance through the third-party, in this case kayak. That is a whole lot different than we didn't have insurance even though we paid for it and we were ripped off. I was very unhappy with her. Shadier and shadier every time we go to rent a car anymore.Reviewed 20 Jul 2025

Worse I ever had with car rental . Long waiting line over 1 hour and we end up with getting no car . Reason that I paid with my credit card and put my wife as main driver . They told us we have to rebook with Expedia since they are 3 rd party . There was many people there had all kind of issues . Stuff is very arrogant And most likely they have no enough cars that’s why they create all kind of this issues .Reviewed 3 Oct 2024

Once we had the car, everything was fine. The process to get the car was frustrating. It wasn't available when we arrived so the agent tried to sneak us into a compact size car not a standard size car. When I questioned that, it was like I was the one with the problem. So then we had to wait to have a standard size car cleaned. Didn't seem like there was any urgency to try and help us to get us out of there.Reviewed 22 Apr 2024
