Whenever I have pre booked previously, basic insurance has always been included. I was told this had recently changed and was no longer the case. Disappointed that my pre booked price was not what I paid in the end! Had to leave earlier than anticipated to avoid paying two days insurance, instead of one. We had to wait for a long time to have the gentleman who man's the rental station at the hotel near Bristol airport to come in, and left almost an HOUR after we got to the hotel! Car tank was only HALF full. I was charged an extra 30 POUNDS for gas that was not disclosed to me at Kayak rental PLUS another amount for liability insurance that the gentleman at counter said was required by law. I had purchased Kayak insurance already and was surprised that I had to pay this extra. And now there a further $68 charge on my credit card account from Easirent for what, I have no idea!!!2.0 Poor

Pros:
Loved that I got a super great car to drive around, great staff to deal with (even with me a little emotional picking the car up--lost my bank card!) But we dealt with it well,, and away I went for the weekend :) Car was clean, tidy very easy and simple to drive. Staff were polite and made it very easy to do, out and back in again.Cons:

The company had no presence at the airport. Had great difficulty finding their office. The various add-ons to the supposedly "low price" made their price not competitive. Cancelled the car and went elsewhere.Firefly
