I couldn’t get the car. The deposit stated in the reservation was 500 reais. The rental company demanded 5000 reais because it was my first time as a customer.
I was charge $132 and I don't know why. I did not receive any receipt or any reason why I got charged. When we dropped of the card, I was told about this charge and I told them I paid the rental car fee so I should not have been charged. The person who was in the office said oh you got discounted price and you are good. Later, I saw the charge on credit card. I sent an email to rentalcar.com and localiza but I have not heard anything back. I am trying to get my money back or an email for the reason why I got this charge with a receipt. Can you please help me with that?
