Pros:

pick up was very easy

Cons:

they charged for an extra driver even though the other driver was my licensed spouse. the staff was wonderful but the company is willing to nickel and dime to death.

Car was dirty, after asking for a clean car, they only washed it outside. It got ready late. The car wasn't the one i had asked for

The rental facility has the most outstanding staff. Natasha and Danielle were an absolute pleasure to meet and do business with. I will unhesitatingly recommend this branch to everyone. It was a challenging time for I was taking my husband's ashes home. Natasha and Danielle were compassionate , supportive and efficient. I felt very " looked after".

After a long flight and a 40 minute line the representative said my car wouldn't be ready 2 hours. I was in town to see a sick friend with cancer the guy was no help. I was forced to upgrade my car and ended up paying twice what I was going to had the car I reserves was ready.

It was not with Hertz directly then my reservation had a problem and Hertz did not propose a solution directly. I had to solve it by myself. Then to pick-up the car they let me waiting for 10 minutes.... When I asked what was happening the Hertz representative told me "It is because you have a small car.... it is not here" And last, the final bill had a difference of almost US$50!!! An again, I had to call several times to have the right person to solve it.
