Cons:
We arrived at the airport and found 5 other companies had onsite cars. Enterprise was off site. I didn’t even have the number to call. I couldn’t call because I don’t have cell service out of the U.S. so I switched to National and got a car on site for the same price! Easier to pick up and return.9.6 Wonderful

Nissan Sentra driver accessory controls not user friendly (took about 10 settings to change the clock!) (Much scrolling to find reset for km measurement.) (Numerous electronic warnings that were impossible to understand.) No compass.10.0 Wonderful

The car was in great shape, was clean and the clerks that helped out both at the desk and the kiosk were great.Cons:
It is incredibly expensive to rent a car. We rented a regular 4 door Buick, and after everything was $500 for 4 days of driving. We did not go through a full tank of gas either. I find it incredible that renting a car is more expensive than a place to stay, or even the flight to get where you're going. I guess you pay for convenience. I just wonder how many more people would rent vehicles if the price for renting was more feasible. Again, the service was great, but the rental was not worth $500.10.0 Wonderful

Pick up was complicated and took a long time. There was a new employee checking me out, but she didn't seem to have very friendly support from the rest of her team. I felt bad for her. Also, there was an attempted charge for a driver's licence check which shocked me. I think this is ABSOLUTELYCons:
