The hotel location and amenities are nice. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. I stayed in a dorm, and found the dorm to be fairly noisy (the beds squeaked, the storage is lockers, which are on the louder end). Also the mattress is quite thin, which is likely just a difference due to Japan vs. US culture, but be aware for anyone with spine/hip issues who might be more accustomed to more mattress...

Pros (+) The room is really clean with room service everyday. Staffs are friendly and speak English very very very well. Toiletries replenish everyday. The surrounding of the hotel is in a beautiful and quiet district. I hope the next time I come to Tokyo, I can still reserve a room.
Cons (-) The bathroom is kind of too small, a turn in the shower required some squeezing. Around 10 minutes walk from Hotel to Nezu Metro Station and 15-20 minutes walk from Hotel to Keisei Ueno/JR Ueno Station through the Ueno Park, which is quite far in some sense.
