Pros: Lovely building. Great service, attentive staff. Great food!
Cons: Not really a hotel for walkers. We like to walk a lot and take public transportation. Main entry for hotel best for cars/taxis. There is an after thought roped off area on the edge of the circle drive for pedestrians. The entrance is on 3rd floor up a steep ramp/circle drive which goes from ground floor up to 3rd level where the lobby is. We got honked at twice by taxis. At the top of ramp you arrive to the smoking break area for taxi drivers. Once past that you get to the the beautiful lobby. I think they are more use to people arriving by car/limo.

Pros: The rooms were absolutely amazing, spacious and very clean. The hotel itself was exceptionally cleaned. I’m in the hotel industry and have been for quite some time, actually over 17 years, So I pay close attention to how well the hotel is maintained and how well it is kept clean. 5 stars in that department.
Cons: The gym. For a hotel of this caliber and the size, the gym was a huge disappointment.

Pros: Overall I loved my room. Room service was fast and food was delicious! Someone actually came to my room to give me a full “how to” on everything in the room and showed me where everything was. Pool+View was amazing both from the top floor and my view. I loved how the curtains open when you enter the room to the WOW city view. Definitely worth my money and I’d do it again next chance I get.
Cons: One thing I didn’t like was the long elevator wait times but that’s something I can easily get over because the positive outweighs the negative by a extremely wide margin.

Pros: I like the bed. I think it was better than Marriott’s in terms of comfort. I also like that it’s right by city hall MRT. The location is great.
Cons: From the beginning, I should have set low standards. I asked for a room in the high level. The reception happily announced that he found one - a room at level 15. I never heard level 15 classified as an upper floor. But I was tired after 1.5 days of traveling. The next day, HVAC maintenance came to clean the vent - unannounced. Just knocked and said - we have to clean the vent. No forward notice from the hotel. The room was not very clean. There was mildew in the sink and the towels weren’t arranged properly. The sink stopper was off, the bathtub stop was broken and the water kept gushing out when you shower. The bathroom light was worst. It was like being in a mine, with some spots lit and others dimmed. Definitely not a place to get ready for a date for. The next day, housekeeping did not come. They said there was a privacy notice. I never saw a privacy notice. When I got in at 6pm, they rushed to expedite the cleaning, and it was done haphazardly. For the price you pay per night here, I think you’ll be better off at Fullerton, Shangri-La or Marina Bay Sands.

Pros: Hotel attached to both Raffles city mall and City Mall metro station. Unbelievably convenient where transit station is steps away from the hotel and you don’t need to even go outside if its raining (saved my wife from having her hair ruined which in turn is a life save for me!). Mall is also connected to the hotel so you have an abundance of top notch food choices from a high end japanese restaurant to castella cakes, coffee/ramen shops and Din Tai Fung all just below the hotel. Room was spacious, with a view and central to almost everything there is to see in Singapore. Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown and Orchard Road can all be reached with a quick 10 min train ride or a 20-30 minute stroll. Service was impeccable starting from the lovely receptionist and front desk staff. Gina helped us and not only gave us an early check in, but also hand drew on the map where we were in the city, top points of interest and also wrote down her favorite places to eat nearby. Thanks for the chicken rice tip Gina!! You made our stay so much more personable and easy! In addition, we had a hard time using the outlets since my wife had a special hair curler needing the standard US 110V but since we didn’t have one, they actually had a converter AND a step down voltage converter to take the Sing 220V to US 110V! Amazing help so the wife could look and feel her best! Overall great stay and loved the convenient location and service so much we booked another stay on the way back from Thailand. Kudos to the Fairmont Singapore team!

Pros: I had a suite on the 25 floor, large, very comfortable, great view, if a little dated furnishings (e.g. couch, carpets, etc.). The best, though, is the staff, in particular housekeeping. After they’re through with your room, you can eat off the floor (well, not off those carpets ... but still!).
Cons: The WIFI’s Internet access. It’s spotty, to say the least, and THAT, to me, makes an enormous difference. Even in the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor, half the room, to the left of elevators and in the conference room ... excellent ... the other half ... forget it, had to use Singtel. Same in Prego, the Italian Restaurant on the ground floor (if you like black truffles, by the way, now they have a special truffle menu!).

Pros: Good breakfast, with a multitude of choices. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Interesting location.
Cons: The air-conditioning, despite having a control panel in each room, had a mind of its own and tended to be too cold or too warm, irrespective of the temp and fan speed set on the panel - coupled with this, is the all too common practice of hotels putting a duvet on the bed, with no option of a top sheet or thinner blanket. A duvet would be more suited to a hotel room in the Arctic circle, rather than in a hotel located almost on the equator! The bathrooms, while adequate, are a bit on the small side and the elevators are slow and not up to the amount of passenger traffic.

"Located in Bencoolen, this hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, National Design Centre and Maghain Aboth Synagogue. Sim Lim Square and Bugis Street Shopping District are also within 10 minutes. Bras Basah Station is 7 minutes by foot and Bugis Station is 9 minutes. "

Pros: Friendly staff. We changed reservations for a bigger room part way through our stay. The front desk staff walked me around to a few rooms so I could choose the one I preferred. Awesome! Clean rooms, waterfall showers! Flatscreen mounted on the wall, with some cable channels and free movie selection.
Cons: Rooms are small (superior), as expected, but bigger than some rooms I've had in Japan. Pay for the deluxe and the rooms are more normal sized. signage was limited and the taxi drivers didn't know the hotel, so took some time finding the back entrance for cars

Pros: It was in a fabulous location. Walking distance to little India. The bed was very comfortable and the room came with a tablet that controlled everything in the room! All the lights and the TV so it a as great.
Cons: The room itself was very small. I was traveling solo so I didn't mind, though a couple might have some problems. Overall though it was a amazing hotel.

Pros: clean, modern, attentive receptionists
Cons: forgot my Apple charger iin room.when I checked out. I contacted hotel same day. immediate reply, but was told they could nit locate it. this can only mean a member of staff misappropriated it. Luckily it was just an adapter but coukd have been passport, phone, etc.

Cons: We were in room xx01 Toilet flush failed. After they fixed, it works half the times. No in room refrigerator. The shower hose was leaking water. The linen was dirty but they did not change for us (hotel policy is every 2 days) Not recommended.
"Located in Kampong Glam, this hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Raffles City, National Museum of Singapore and Singapore Flyer. Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands Casino are also within 2 mi (3 km). Bugis Station is only a 2-minute walk and Lavender Station is 11 minutes. "

Pros: Room was big, comfy, large TV, quiet
Cons: Taps weren't fixed into sink properly and turned when used (had to use Two hands). No signage when arriving or staff to help with luggage and reception on first floor, so lift or escalator. The room smelt of stale smoke even though it was a no smoking floor.
"This family-friendly Singapore hotel is located in the entertainment district, within a 10-minute walk of Clarke Quay Central, Chinatown Heritage Center and Clarke Quay Mall. Fort Canning Park and Boat Quay are also within 10 minutes. Clarke Quay Station is only a 4-minute walk and Chinatown Station is 5 minutes. "

Pros: The room as big and clean. The location was good and close to mrt stations. There is a lot of restaurants around and its close to some turisty places.
Cons: The only thing I didnt like was the food. The food at the hotel was not so good, but the good thing is that there are tons of restaurants close to the hotel.

Pros: The best part was how really comfortable the bed was. I wasn't anticipating to get out of bed, at all. You can imagine. The cleanliness was on a tip-top condition. Furthermore, after a nights' stay, I was out the whole day and came back to see that my bed's been made, my towels have been replaced, including all my toiletries too! It was amazing. The staffs were wonderful too. They were very polite and were very prompt to help us whenever assistance was needed. It was all very pleasant. I would come back to stay at Studio M Hotel again, no doubt.
Cons: I think it is more to where it is located at. It would have been really convenient if it wasn't much of a walking distance to the hotel from the nearest MRT Station. But this wasn't that much of an issue, until it rained and I realised how 3/4 of the time, there were barely any sheltered area from the hotel to the MRT Station vice versa.

Pros: I like that it was a budget hotel. The hotel was good but only would be good if you do not plan to be in the room other then just for sleep. The pool is nice but it closes early.
Cons: I knew the room size was small before getting the room but I was only in Singapore for one night between flights so I knew I would be put touring the city and only coming back to the room to sleep and get up early in the morning to goto the airport. If you are staying in Singapore for more then a quick night this hotel would be absolutely terrible because the room barely fits a bed in it so there is no space to walk just to lay on the bed. The pool closes early so after touring around the city I got back and only had 20 minutes before the pool closed which is terrible. The pool should be kept open until at least 10pm like most other hotels I have stayed at.

Pros: I booked one night stay and added another night stay. The amenities and values are top notch (almost as good as Vegas). The values is only good if you booked online. If not, then the value proposition goes away. The bed and linens were luxurious and comfortable. They even offered two bottle waters and instant coffe/tea with an electric kettle. Nice! Be sure to check out the 4th floor (swimming pool and gym). The staff were very friendly. I hope management takes good care of their maids and pay them well. :). I will recommend to my friends if they ever want to visit Singapore.
Cons: No space to hang your cloths. All my belongings had to be on the floor.

Pros: It's very accessible by both bus and train. There's a Michelin starred hawker stall not too far and it's within walking distance of more known places in Kampong Glam and Little India. The staff was helpful when I had an issue with my television two days in a row. They were quick to send someone up to resolve the issue. There's a food court and mini convenience store attached to the hotel that are open at all hours in case you get hungry.
Cons: The room was small. I had a 27" suitcase and there was very little space to keep it in the room. The mini fridge didn't seem to work despite toggling with the inner dial. The walls are thin so if anyone is being a tad loud in the hallway or next room over, it might be disturbing.

Pros: The location was great and the staff was friendly, breakfast included is always a bonus.
Cons: It was so expensive and was a 2 star at best, the room was tiny and old and the bathroom the same but worse. The facilities are extremely old and need an update, the quality was very low for $180 CAD per night.
