I did not get my truck. The Kayak website allowed me to book a vehicle that was not available and I didn’t find out until I was at the counter. The attendant let me know that they did not have any trucks or vans anywhere in San Antonio this Weekend. That was extremely stressful and frustrating.

HORRIBLE experience.... they Over booked an Lied to me TWICE saying that my vehicle was reserved... i show up No vehicles to rent much less the truck i had reserved over THREE weeks in advanced....

They overbooked for the day and were stressed upon pickup. They never gave us instructions for drop off and never mentioned their office would be closed. They charged us for the full amount disregarding the $74 I had already paid and weren’t available upon drop off to resolve the matter.

Tried to contact the office by phone several times a couple hours before my reservation’s start time to make some changes, but no one ever answered

Hertz location on the reservation was permanently closed. There was a sign on the door directing us to another location, so we went there. That place was closed too. Had to go to a third Hertz location to pick up our car. Took 3 hours total. Tried calling Hertz but nobody on the phone knew what was going on, didn't know anything about the closed locations.

Car was hoping the whole time bad rear tires . I was overcharged a day . They were calling me for my car when it was dropped off the day before. Was told the insurance i bought online was ko good so i had to had Enterprises. Never again

Pick up was good. Return I was left hanging with no direction. Went to return my 9pm car esrly at 6pm. Only to find they closed at 1pm with no method to return car.
