Great experience. The gentlemen behind the counter was incredibly fast, nice and easy to deal with.
I was disappointed. They were sold out of the type car i reserved so tried to give an “upgrade” to a vehicle I wasn’t comfortable driving. They gave me a car that was so beat up it probably shouldn’t have been on the road. I would not use them again.

We rented a “luxury” vehicle. It said BMW of like model. The car was a 2016 Mitsubishi outlander. It smelt of cigarette, the AC didn’t blow cold air and there wasn’t even a back up camera. I was really disappointed. We ended up trading it for a van that had over 140,000 miles on it. The upside was the employee at the counter was amazing. She was really kind, felt personable. She helped me get to the car with my two kids and the it car seats. She was really responsive when I called her. She made the experience better.

Letting me know when I’m booking the car I cannot go out of state would be helpful. It’s really inconvenient when you show up to the counter after planning a trip for months and you then get told the car cannot go out of state. Poor advertisement at its best.
The rental car desk person was great. The issues started when the car barely started. I figured that if had not been driven for some time and we had to rush to get to our hotel (40 miles) to put our baby down for the night, the next morning the car barely started after several attempts, with noises very typical of a dead battery, Called Hertz and they told us to head back to where we picked up the car for an exchange and confirmed they had sufficient inventory. When we got there, the person at the desk told us she was a dozen cars short for the day and couldn’t do anything for us. She told us that the nearest place that might have enough cars was 2 hours away. So we had to keep the car running all day, and sweat every time we had to turn it off for the rest of our 3 day trip. All in all, disappointing.

I never received the truck I reserved because the rental agency didn't have it available even though I had a confirmed reservation. They're only comment was sorry.!
