The car we rented, a Nissan Rogue, was great. It was clean, new and drove well. The only issue was we reserved another type of car and they "gave it away" to another customer.😟 The sales person was excellent!! (Wed, 6/18, at 6pm) He was helpful, polite, and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He is a great asset to your team!!

The vehicle was very comfortable. Would have been nice to have had a little tutorial of basic feature use. Air, heat, radio and anything else that would have made ride easier.

Cons:

No smoking car smelled like a nasty ashtray that had not been emptied for months and closed in a hot car. Had to drive a to drive 2 hour round trip to return the car for another dirty car without any windshield washer fluid in it. But counter person was polite.

Friendly staff. Smooth, easy, fast paperwork process at the counter at pickup and dropoff. Only problems I had were finding the car, and knowing what to do when I returned. Very small diy airport, with minimal signage. I needed more and clearer info as a first timer there.

Pick-up truck

The pick up location called me as I pulled in to pick up my car and stated that they did not have a truck or any other vehicle they could give me. The woman there was rude and and very short. I WILL NOT BE RENTING from this location ever again! I would strongly reconsider your partnership with them as this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location.
