Pros: Really well located, a very interesting mix of people to watch, especially in the bar. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was also amazing. The coffee was good!
Cons: Guests were smoking in the hotel bar. The rooms are on the small side, but not a massive issue as you don't spend much time in your hotel room on holiday. Our room was next to a supplies cupboard so it was quite noisy. I think they could improve by adding tea and coffee making facilities to each room and banning smoking in the bar

Pros: We loved the beautiful facility, comfortable hotel room, delicious meals (we purchased the dinner meal plan and were not disappointed!), and convenient location (relative to the Riga Old Town).
Cons: Overall the staff was quite friendly. Perhaps one of the reprentatives (when we arrived) could have been a little more friendly.

Pros: I loved the location and the staff was friendly, especially the new girl. The room was super clean and the bed crazy comfortable for a hotel.
Cons: Unfortunately, many features in the room didn't work. The minifridge was broken, which was unfortunate as I had perishables. The plug for the drain in the bathtub was broken, sending all the lovely bath salts that came with the room straight down the drain. The television also didn't work, though that's lowest on my list. It was really unfortunate because it was ALMOST so perfect. (Fix the room on the second floor, very end of the corridor, and it would be a five star rating)

Pros: The rooms were comfortable, the location was great, the desk staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were very good with an excellent selection.
Cons: The first night there I was tired so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. The food looked and smelled fantastic and the I enjoyed watching the chef prepare the food. The wait staff was not very attentive and I had to wave her down after walking by me several times. I ordered and waited and waited and waited for my food. Two hours went by and there was no sign of my food nor did the waitress ever stop by again. I paid for my very expensive water and told them to cancel my order and expressed that it was ridiculous to wait two hours for food. After that I seriously contemplated moving hotels but decided to let it go. Honestly you need to employ more kitchen staff to improve service.

Pros: Good hotel in Old Town, excellent location, clean and light rooms. There are many restaurants nearby.
Cons: Breakfast is very poor. I recommend book room without breakfast and visit nearest restaurant to have breakfast.

Cons: The room was very small. The furniture need ergently renovation. Near the hotel there is building construction so it's usually noisy in the rooms which turns to the front of the street.
