10.0 Excellent
Pros: We've been traveling the world for a few years and this was one of our favorite places. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the food at the restruarant was quite good as well and the rooms were very nice! Wifi worked quickly and it was only 1000 baht to the airport. Definitely coming back!
Cons: Nothing. Loved it!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with seaview and it was wonderful. The room was very spacious (190m2!), clean and the beds were good. Can recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons: Everything was just amazing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the H2O suite. Fabulous Recommend this suite to any couple looking for a getaway.
Cons: All was good
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: This property is listed as beachfront, or there is no beach, and 1 meter of dirty sand is not a beach but a cat litter. It is located on a very busy road, so if you plan on walking to go to restaurants, bars and so, well don't ! We originally booked for 3 nights but left 30 minutes after we arrived when we saw all the disappointment of this hotel (and we were not the only one that day to leave out of disappointment). The bungalows or should I say the shoe box, is a joke. Tiny and dirty !
8.8 Excellent
Pros: very good breakfast and nice pool area
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice sea view
Cons: Nothing
1.0 Poor
Pros: The view from the 4th room after changing 4 times in 4 days. 1-2 star hotel
Cons: Cockroaches, flies and a swarm of mosquitoes  Room not advertised as container  Extremely small bathroom where my wife of 1.56m could hardly turn around Air conditioning could only be set to freezing or hot  After room change the next morning two roads of ants straight through the room  Extremely cheap and worn furniture  No service at breakfast, had to get coffee/tea everything yourself.  No privacy as the room has no curtains, only sun rollers which you can only draw down completely to have other people not see the complete room AND bed. Out of five rooms which were shown, four clearly smelled of mold, something frequently mentioned in other reviews. The last room we where shown had just been sprayed with a deo spray to hide the, again obvious smell of mold. We were told that this is because of the tropical climate. We have lived in Asia for over 25 years. This is NOTHING to do with the climate but the lack of aircon cleaning, which because of the liquid in the aircon gathering and then starting to mold because of the humidity. Clear sign of lack of cleaning, which is a clear health hazard.

7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great and brewing their own coffee was a nice touch. The egg station was much better than the usual 'omelette, scrambled, poached, fried' option. The terrace for the sea view rooms are very nice.
Cons: The gym is terrible, really not up to standard for a 4 or 5 star hotel. Poor water pressure in the shower. Service wasn't fantastic, we had to ask for service, would sit with dirty plates for a long time, etc.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Tastefully decorated. Stunning location with amazing views.
Cons: Food and drink very pricey!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - Very nice location on Nai Harn Beach - The beach is nice and the sea amazing (it’s definitely one of the best beaches in Phuket) - Good variety and quality of restaurants (especially the Sushi restaurant and the Rock Salt, that has a very friendly German chef) - Reflections bar is very nice - Big, spacious and nice room with large shower and amazing views on NH beach - Huge and very comfortable bed - Nice design overall - Well trained and friendly staff - Many small shops and restaurants nearby
Cons: - Mediocre housekeeping, which was the biggest disappointment. Windows with splashed mosquitos from the previous guests were not cleaned during our entire stay. We found a dirty cotton swab in our shower on day 1 that we had to throw away by ourselves, because the cleaning staff left it on the floor for two consecutive days. Very visible dirty surfaces were not cleaned. - The swimming pool area is nothing special, and the swimming pool rather small and with too shallow water for adults - No sunbeds on the beach, unfortunately, but the hotel provides guests with towels, mats and sunshade.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: AMAZING VIEW ... from a huge terrace. Very very beautiful resort ... with lots of pink flowers around the property - just very pretty. The rooms were pretty big and we were very comfortable. The resort was also just steps from the beach and from local vendors ...so great location. I would definitely stay here again!
Cons: The breakfast was just ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, bed, pillows, awesome views made it a most relaxing vacation. Thank you Naiharn, we will be back as soon as possible
Cons: having to leave so soon
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic views and a very helpful staff. We enjoyed the restaurant
Cons: A bit overpriced. We have stayed in much nicer. rooms for the same price or less. Very little soundproofing, even in the nicer suites.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Pool area was wonderful too and the staff werevery friendly all over the hotel. The balcony on room was wonderful. The food from room service was very good and not so expencive. The hotel was safe and good with child too and there was elevator to upper floors. Only one stairs from reception to elevator level.
Cons: There was some Buddha festival on Beach next to hotel every evening when we were staying at hotel. The music was very loud from 7 pm. to 01-02 am every night for 5 days. It wasn’t very nice. Hotel gave us one night free because of distruption.
The View Rawada Resort & Spa - Rawai - Building

Overview Reviews
A stay at The View Rawada Resort & Spa places you in the heart of Rawai, within a 15-minute drive of Chalong Temple and Karon Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staffs are very lovely. View was great.
Cons: So many bugs and spiders around. I have bitten by bedbugs first 2 days and i have a huge spider, lizards and lots of mosquitos in my room. I couldn't sleep because of fear of all these animals. Terrible experience.. had to changed my room but wasn't really the solution.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The view was nice, and the swimming pool was usually quiet which was good.
Cons: The staff here speak very little English. Asked for food and drinks from the menu but the staff could barely understand. Asked for a taxi late at night , the reception said this is not possible. So we had to phone a taxi and book it ourselves with no problem. Staff not so friendly. I don't know why this is considered a 4 star hotel. Also the hills are so steep anyone with mobility issues would struggle here. Mini bar empty. Asked for 2 single beds , got one double bed. Staff shouting at 8 in the morning, constant banging of construction work through the day.
6.8 Good
Pros: The views at this hotel are amazing. It's more inland so it's usually quiet. The hotel staff doesnt speak very good English but they seem to really be trying & willing to serve you. The rooms are decorated in a modern style and seem to be in pretty good condition. There's a rain shower with hot water and mini fridge. We stayed in their cheapest room and it was fine not having a bathtub or jacuzzi in there. There's a/c in all the rooms, and a restaurant with good tasting food. They have laundry service and room service. We were there in October and at one point, I swear we were the only guests there. AKA Gym is just down the hill (you can walk) and they have good classes and a nice little cafe. You definitely need a motorbike to get around in Thailand (& you can rent or buy). I most likely would stay at this hotel again. It's a decent price and it was pretty clean. I don't recommend for people that have a hard time walking.
Cons: To get to the lobby is a hike and to get to the room is even more of a hike. Originally we were in 706 and it was 81 steep stairs to get there. Room 306 is only 45 steep stairs but still sucks going through all that multiple times a day. There is no elevator. When we first arrived there was no plumbing for 2 days. Wifi was shoddy in the room most of the time, and that was the reason they moved us to 306 (didn't work at all in the higher room). The beds are really hard. They are also just two beds pushed together on a platform. They give you clean towels every day but never change your sheets. Most linens have some sort of stain on them. There were ants in the bed inspite of no food. It seemed like there was something not working in every room. 706 was the wifi and 306 was the rain shower & the toilet barely flushed. Unless, you absolutely need a bathtub I wouldn't do one of the upgrades. And the restaurant is quite pricey compared to the little thai places off the main road; they get you with vat and service fees. My biggest complaints are: the steep stairs, hard beds, bad wifi, and ants.
7.0 Good
Pros: The large room and the view
Cons: The ants, the power going off, the water going off, the people above us kept scraping rhe chairs accross the floor
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property was beautiful and the view from the room was amazing.
Cons: The hotel location is far from the beach and the markets, and restaurants if you’re walking. The hotel does offer shuttles twice a day to two beaches
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing (unbeatable) views from the room and swimming pool. A unique location 20-30 min drive from Phuket old town. Close to Rawai beach, but still far enough for all the masa of tourists. You feel you are in the jungle, and still close to civilisation. Very quite; you hear only birds, insects and there are lots of beautiful butterflies. Incredible beautiful and clean infinity swimming pool. Property’ s gardens and surroundings well kept: very neat and clean. There are several people working for that every day. The room is well cleaned every single day , you get fresh towels as well. Every 2-3 days new bed sheets. Not all stuff speaks well English, but some do. Nevertheless they all assisted us with all our needs. When something went wrong ( door couldn’t be locked, not good signal for TV channels, they fixed the problems in minutes). Very kind and helpful stuff, mostly Khun Tom. Such a nice person who speaks English well. ( Food and drinks manager). Also the reception man very kind and helpful)
Cons: You need a motorbike or car to reach there. But any taxi will do the trip for you as well. Room a bit outdated: many aunts some even in bed( but you are almost in the jungle- so it’s understandable- could be better isolated though). Internet quite poor. You need to stand close to the balcony window to get fully connected. At the lobby and restaurant good connection. Some cracks in the wall, mostly in the bathroom. Breakfast quite poor and the same every day ( unless the hotel have more than 15 guests- then they serve a very good buffet with quite of choices). For those with mobility problems a bit challenging as you need to go up the mountain to get to your room. But the stuff is very helpful and they always offer to bring you up with their little car from the reception. No airport transfer.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very nice view room was great staff were friendly
Cons: Tried to buy a jack Daniels and coke from the bar one day, the woman on the bar spoke no english at all she had to take photos of the bottle and send it to someone then ring them to figure out what i wanted it was very stressful and i was over charged, then when checking out after a 3 night stay i was hit with a bill for 220baht for water what they had put in our fridge this was ridiculous we have not been charged for water in any hotel ever. Apparently theres a spa there we never saw it.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff
Cons: No wifi, bugs and no airport transfers
5.8 Okay
Pros: i loved the view of the mountaines and the city was nice exprience to see it in the morning
Cons: all sort of small insects are there it feel like they invaded the place and in the night u can find it in the room.. staff don't speak english and it feels like whenever you ask for something it's a hard thing to do.

Featured amenities include limo/town car service, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good, location is stunning and the staff are excellent without being overly formal. The villa was comfortable, cool and the layout was well considered. The villas all feel very private, nestled into the hillside amongst lots of greenery. The entire place feels very relaxed. The Thai Restaurant was weirdly quiet considering the food was so good, but that meant the service was amazing and it made it feel even more special. It has some aspects of a 5 star resort, but is really more like a high end 4 star. That isn't a criticism, if anything I think really trying to push the high-end elements further would make it lose some of its charm.
Cons: As with many 4/5 star resorts, water ends up being an expensive extra. A couple of small plastics bottles of water were put in the room each day for free, but in 34 degree heat, that isn't enough. They warn you not to drink the tap water, but dont really offer an easy alternative around the pool area other than small plastic bottles, priced at around 5x the going rate, or larger 1.5 litre Evian bottles, which are priced at more like 10x the going rate. Neither option is very good either financially or environmentally. Water is no doubt a big source of income for them, but I think this resort, like many others, need to reconsider how they manage and charge for this.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Price was reasonable and the staff was friendly.
Cons: Location is not next to the nightlife or piers, beaches.. you gotta take shuttles/taxis to do pretty much anything. Hotel needs some updating.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast Friendly staff Private pool
Cons: The beach is not for swimming A lot of mosquitos The hotel needs for renovation
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Serenity, relaxed and totally chilled vibe. Staff couldn’t do enough
Cons: Mosquito!!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the spa
Cons: Beach besid the hotel not good you have to use a hotel shuttle to go to other beach
6.7 Good
Pros: The design was amazing and The place was quiet it’s really good for relaxation
Cons: The room service takes forever and the Villa wasn’t so clean even the pillowcases smelled funny.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool is wonderful, big, clean, deep enough and pleasantly illuminated after sunset.
Cons: For swimming the beach right at the hotel is not perfect but u can kite surf there. The breakfast is very good, just fresh juice would have been appreciated. Juice being presented in these big containers with the ever moving turning tool inside never looks pleasant and the taste of the juice was artificial, which is odd in a location like that. I travelled alone but I got two free 15 minutes hand massage trial coupons (normally for two people staying) and the lobby personnel offered that I could just use it for 30 minute massage (very nice of them). Unfortunately the Spa personnel refused to actually do that, not a nice feeling to be made looking cheap, lack of communication between the staff at this point.
5.0 Okay
Pros: the outside bathroom was great, the second bathroom was very spacious and with two sinks and it was very convenient.
Cons: room was small, the floor was very very dirty, with some sticky spots on it.Its was full with mosquito. The room service brought the food without knife and I complained and asked to bring me knife cause i can't eat steak and pizza without knife. They said ,ok,coming to you and they never came. The hotel is very narrow, the beach was far from the villa. There were no sea due to the low tide and you can't swim at all.Horrible place.Glad we stayed only one night.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice for families.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything including the services are awesome. I had the opportunity to give food to the monks it was an amazing experience.
Cons: The swimming pool closing too early 7pm

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and large rooms, all facing the ocean and the pool. Nice spa
Cons: Far from town and required expensive taxi traveling
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The lush environment, close to the beach, really great breakfasts and lovely relaxing pool area.
Cons: Nothing that I didn’t like.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly, the pool was great and the diving pool is a lot of fun (as well as the water slide). The food was delicious, and it's really close to some shops and the beach. The room was incredible and very nicely designed. We had a great stay overall!
Cons: The hotel didn't have the charm of some of the other 5 star resorts we saw. It was a little annoying to need to take the golf buggy up to our room (as the hotel is on a hill). The gym was a little small for the size of the hotel.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The view was nice and the pool was lovely.
Cons: My room was infested with lizards. I tried many times to talk to the staff and manager about it. I was told the room would be cleaned properly and sprayed. Nothing was done, so I complained again. My room continued to be infested with lizards and no one really cared. My room was never cleaned properly the whole time I was there. It was really disappointing and I would never return there. I would not recommend this place. There is a busy road right next to the resort and it’s very loud, so no peace and quiet to be had.
7.0 Good
Cons: Number of steps to room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was beautiful and it was truly a luxury stay from start to finish! The breakfast was standard from what I saw at other properties during my time in Thailand, but I enjoyed that the lunch and dinner menus had a variety of options and different cuisines. The pool was massive and never crowded and the spa was top notch! It was a bit further from Phuket Town and other attractions than I had initially realized when booking, but there honestly wasn't even a need to leave the resort.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was pretty terrible on-site but they did have a disclaimer about that when you checked in that they weren't responsible for that.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Stuff is friendly and the location is good if you just want to relax
Cons: in my opinion it's a little bit too expensive...altough it is a nice hotel and just a couple of minutes away from the beach.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Buffet breakfast was great, a lot of variety each morning and a little of bit everything to tailor for all. So both a Western style breakfast available as well as Asian type. And specialized eggs cooked to your liking. All the facilities made the place extremely relaxing.
Cons: Generally everything was great. The only very minor set back was the dinners. Breakfast sets up such high expectations, that you expect more variety of choice for dinner. The food itself was great, just a bit more variety would be even better.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Five different pools, tower for jumping, very cozy place, sea view from room, good breakfast and kids room.
Cons: There is no horizontal bar in gym. Need to frequently log in to wifi.

Pros: Fantastic setting and pool. Very friendly staff. Great free shuttle to the beaches. Comfy, clean and large rooms.
Cons: Was a slight walk from town, however, they do provide shuttle buses so not an issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous pool, amazing restaurant. Best food we had in Thailand. Breakfast was superb. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Cons: No lift to 2nd floor, but not really a problem, as staff carried the suitcases up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was just the right size. All staff were so friendly and helpful. It was very clean. The pool was spotless. All in all a fab place to stay. He free shuttle to the beaches restaurants and other sight seeing spots was a bonus. Thanks for a great stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel as it was within walking distance of the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful , and allowed me to leave my luggage while waiting for my pick up which was after check out time. A beautiful pool and surrounding area.
Cons: A little close to a busy road and noisy with traffic at times
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean room, spacious and well equipped. The bathroom has both a walk in shower and a bathtub. The staff is really helpful and provides you with all the necessary beach equipments, including towels and umbrella.
Cons: Food was average.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay here! The pool area is just amazing. We were torn between fantastic snorkelling at local beaches and the lovely pool! It felt like the team had listened to every bit of feedback and used it to ensure that the experience for the next guest was spot on. The front desk team were friendly and welcoming. The shuttles to one beach was available on demand and another beach, at certain times (although you can pay outside of these times too). The room was comfortable with a nice bed. We met another guest who had checked out and come back because they did not like their next accommodation and you can see why - it is a lovely, relaxing, well thought out hotel at a very reasonable price. One of our favourite stays during our 5 week stay in Thailand.
Cons: The walk into town was not the most delightful, however, the hotel offers a free shuttle so this is a slightly pedantic point really!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice, small hotel. Good breakfast!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Navatara Hotel is perfect in every way. Wonderful staff, spacious and very clean rooms ,shady well tended gardens and pool. Free shuttles are provided to local beaches, and Promthep Cape . The food at the restaurant is really tasty, with so many choices! I loved the breakfasts. The location is excellent too. Thank you Rita,Milk ,Wee and Tai for all your help. You are the friendliest, and most professional reception staff I have ever met.
7.4 Good
Pros: Hotel offered free, daily, trips to local sites which was awesome... the pool was amazing and our balcony led straight into it. They did, however, give me and my brother upset stomachs after eating at the hotel restaurant. There's also not much locally unless you can handle walking far in the heat
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Stuff was very friendly and the hotel atmosphere was really nice and cozy. Very good breakfast! Room was big and clean.
Cons: Nothing

If you are looking for a quiet get away with awesome service and great amenities, Rawai Palm Beach Resort is a must. I will definitely be coming back.
Cons: Hard to say ... well our room had limited places to plug in our electronic items. I also wish they had a laundry facility were you could do your laundry. No ocean view, though location it was very close to a beach.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very nice big rooms with the possibility for direct pool access. Very friendly personal - helpful in any way. Very large pool and a seperated children-area with a Beach of sand.
Cons: No bar area during the evening - quite fare away from nightlife. Breakfast need an update and pool bar was poor with not many opportunities.

Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: No matter what you will for hotel the answer is always No. Terrible Customer or lack of understanding what customer service is
Cons: reception staff , all of them.
6.0 Good
Pros: The bed is huge!!!! The room is cleaned each day! It's quite, nobody disturbed us. The reception staff is very nice and all the time smiling. The pool is nice even though we didn't swim in it.
Cons: The hotel is old, so don't expect to see what you expect :) The gym is very very small and the machines are old. So if you plan to train you will need to go to another gym somewhere around the hotel. The breakfast is not very rich but you will have everything is necessary but the people which are cooking the eggs are always unhappy, no smile and each time you ask for an egg they look at you as you owe them something.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pool room was great, breakfast good choices hot and cold. Staff friendly and helpful
Cons: No disability access, some key staff had limited English but did their best
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Children pool is exeptional, big pool, service, pool bar etc.
Cons: Location is not perfect. For families with childrens trolley there are no elevator and ramp.

Pros: Very friendly pool excellent. Room very spacious and well set out
Cons: The beach was a long way off but a shuttle was provided. Not many restaurants within walking distance but we did find the mexican which was very good and just across the road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, pool, food and room...basically everything!.
Cons: Very helpful and friendly staff, immaculate clean throughout. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Quite location with stunning views of the sea and opposite islands. Amazing swimming pool...probably the best in Thailand. Very good food at a reasonable price. The hotel provides beach towels and also free shuttle to the beach
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet hotel. Good value for money
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff, service, overall.
Cons: Breakfast could be better.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. They really went out their way to make you feel welcomed. Room was big, modern and clean. The pool area is a perfect little oasis.
Cons: The beach was harder to get to than we thought, but they offer a free shuttle service to a few different beaches which is nice. They also offer bicycles to rent (free) and scooters for a few hundred bhat.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Amazing staff very polite, The breakfast need more quality For this level of resort the kitchen is bit unprofessional
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and affordable. I had an ocean view deluxe room for just me. There was seating on the patio. I liked there was a safe in the room that I programmed the code. They provided a nice robe and decent slippers. The women that worked in the morning were super sweet and offered other breakfast options. They always asked what I was doing that day. And they made a breakfast bag for me on check out day because I was leaving before breakfast. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast was ok, didn’t stay warm by the time I got it to the table. They were great for beach recommendations but apparently only think Americans eat pizza because when I asked where I should get food from that was the only suggestion. I’d recommend the hotel. The good outweigh the bad, especially if you really just want a clean safe place to sleep and maybe pop in a clean pool.
Cons: The toilet was a water “efficient” toilet and I found after I went “#2” in it, it made the room smell a little for longer than usual. The “restaurant” is a buffet that is only open for breakfast and lunch, they don’t do room service. I never saw the “beach shuttle” and when I asked the front desk how to get to near by beachced they said I would need to pay for a taxi, website says they have free shuttles. The “convenience corner” they speak of on the website is 7/11 up the street, it’s not far but it’s not in the hotel. There is no “coffee shop” as listed on the website. The beach in the area had trash but I think it was just because it was very low tide from full moon.

Pros: Naiharn Beach is amazing: clean, family friendly, great restaurants around with fair prices easy to rent bikes or cars. I could no be happier with the place.
Cons: The hotel is good but a bit old, especially the bathrooms but still was good enough!

Pros: We originally booked at Babylon pool villas, but they didn't have a suite available with a kitchen, so they upgraded us to a BRAND NEW one bedroom condo at BABYLON SKY GARDENS, the sister hotel, at Ra Wai beach. The beach isn't very nice for swimming, but we thoroughly enjoyed both pools, one of them on the roof with stunning 360 degree views! Breathtaking! The condo was totally new, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and had a massive balcony. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. within a short walk, so no need for a taxi or scooter. We thoroughly enjoyed the total relaxation, extreme luxury, and being away from the crowds and noise.
Cons: It would have been helpful if the staff spoke a bit more English, but they knew enough that we got along okay. There could be a few more directional signs to find the place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best pool, best garden. Very silently place. Good quality of apartments.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke a fair amount of English. The location is only 5 minutes walk from the Main Street and a dozen or more restaurants and cafes.
Cons: We didn’t have any negative feedback
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is a great apartment, excluding one point - our room was located beside the water circulation equipment (room 6, first floor). It was quite noisy during the night.
Cons: There were some small ants inside the kitchen
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is great and very clean. It situated in the quiet area. There is a good pool and the garden is beautiful. The crew is awesome. They are so kind, friendly and helpful. Their sense of humour is good. They bend over backwards to make sure that your holiday is successful! We have been there three times. If we will visit Phuket again, our choice is definitely Babylon Pool Villas.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: They have done a great job with the garden. So green and peaceful. Pool was also great. Rooms was clean.
Cons: Key system was little bit bad. And sunbeds were in the shadow. Only two of them wasn’t. And there was always someone who was occupied those two at 9am
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location 5+, personal 5+, swimming pool 5
Cons: Wi-Fi was slow
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet little self contained apartments with good kitchen facilities. Lovely pool we mostly had to ourselves. Some English movie channels. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurants/shops are walkable but better to have a bike and visit the beaches.
Cons: Only had a sheet as blanket, too hot without air con, too cold with!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was super nice. The apartment was perfect for a couple like us, very quite neighbourhood and nice areas around. The staff was so kind and helped us with renting a scooter and booking a taxi to our next stop. The apartment had a kitchen with everything you needed, a nice bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with a big double bed, spacious guardarobe, air conditioning, iron and everything you need. They have laudry service, cost circa 50bath for 10 kg, and the machine works with coins that you can simply change at the reception. We definitely recommend Babylon pool villas if you are looking for something quite and far from the noise of the nightlife. A bit far from Patong, Karon, Kamala and other attractions, 15/20 min driving to Kata, and very close to Rawai beach where you have the possibility to take a speedboat or long tail boat that brings you to different islands around Phuket. Very nice area around, with tipical Thai restaurants wh ere we saw a lot of Thai people eating at, which we personally liked. We are very happy with out stay at Babylon Pool Villas.
Cons: Everything was nice. Nothing to complain about. Maybe just the mosquitoes, they were a bit annoying while eating outside or having a sigarettes. But they are all over Thailand so nothing to do with the property.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great pool, friendly staff, very clean, good restaurants nearby
Cons: Ra wai Beach is not really good for swimming so you definitely need to stay in a place with a pool
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is located across the road from Rawai Beach. Rawai Beach is not for swimming! The nearest beach is Nai Harn. We hired scooters and travelled to the beach, it's about 15 minutes. The 2 pools are very big and spacious, the nature of the resort's area is green and well kept, lots of beautiful greenery. Just on your doorstep, you have lots of small shops and seafood restaurants where you can eat by the sea, it's lovely. There are also lots of bars, some are quite busy and loud. We had the cleaning done daily, as well as the change of towels. Breakfast was ok, enough to fill you up: toast, pancakes, salad, watermelon, pineapple, tea, coffee, juice, Thai dishes, sausages and ham. There is Phuket Smart Bus operating once an hour. It can take you to the airport, with a few stops in between. Taxi drivers are super greedy there, charge more than in other places. I used Grab, it was cheaper.
Cons: When we arrived, we had to wait a long time for check-in because of a misunderstanding. My 11-year old somehow was registered as a 0-year-old, so I was asked to pay more, because breakfast is included. 200 or 250 batt per day it was. Anyway, it was all sorted and the rest of the stay was fine. The toilet did not flush very well. The security guard is a bit bossy (and funny).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was fantastic, just across the road from fabulous restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. With one staff member altering some pants for me, she did a wonderful job and asked for no money (which of course I paid her, she was reluctant even to accept it) We will definitely return to this resort.
Cons: Nothing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Place was wonderful, clean and nice for the price , quite and peaceful, staff and service were impeccable. Would recommend it to anyone
Cons: Nothing, it was all good

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was spot on for us. Near the local swimming beach Ya Nui. Close to town with reasonable cafes. The bicycles were great help to get us to town on daily basis. Amazing swimming pool. A pool table to keep us entertained. Surprisingly 2 working elevators. Reasonably priced menu for lunch and dinner, taste wise was also good. The environment was quiet with an amazing view. Free tuk tuk ride to the local town, Rawai.
Cons: This stay was our third time at Windmill Phuket. Been there for both low and high seasons. To my opinion the price was quite steep for high season. I got tired of the breakfast menu after the 4th day. I'd suggest the management to have cooked egg on the buffet rather than cook to order. Just have one type of egg per day (preferable without meat/bacon) to accommodate vegetarian guests. The type of egg can be rotated. To my believe, egg would not cost that much and it would be nice for the guests to fill up on egg rather than just fruit and bread. I don't appreciate that the fruit was transferred bare hands from food containers to serving trays by the waitresses, not always but for most of the time I was there. The choice of bakery was quite limited during breakfast, the croissant was quite bad. I would suggest the management to upgrade the serving tray to standard serving trays for hotels. The buffest table can be considered move closer to the kitchen next to the Ice Cream Chiller (at the corner). By moving the breakfast table, the traffic can be reduced for both patrons and staff. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner for quite a number of time. Amazing flavour, but the portion was too small for some dishes. The Andaman Sea Soup and Tom Yum were mainly filled with soup. Portion of the curry seem reasonable, also flavourful. More vegetable would be appreciated. Limited choice of cooked vegetable. Towards the end of our holiday, we spent more times having lunch/dinner at the two restaurants by the Ya Nui Beach, while the price is nearly equivalent, the portion served at the beach is more adequate. There were times where the reception counter ran out of swimming towel. That was a bummer when were were really looking forward to the beach. Twice during our stay we were placed in room 10/11. We found that the bathrooms in room 10/11 have foul smell
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast with very good variety, enough for 6 days stay. Always possibility to walk either to Ya Nui direction or to Rawai direction to find some other restaurant to eat. We had booked for 2-bedroom family room and it turned out to be a two separate suites connected with door, both very spacious rooms with separate bathroom, so it was really great. Balcony was towards the street, but it wasn´t much bother as the traffic wasn´t so big there. Pool was great, there was some time in the morning and in the evening when there was no direct sun to the pool, so it was great when you wanted some sunshade through the day. Not so much sunbeds around the pool, but luckily the other guests removed their towels during the day so there always was a few sunbeds available. Very quiet and perfect surrounding, just what we wanted. Rawai beach with restaurants was about 10 minutes walk, we headed there in many evenings to find some good seafood restaurants.
Cons: Nothing to complain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location near to the beach, big rooms with comfy beds, nice pool. We liked the free bicycles to get to neibourhood Rawai.
Cons: communication in English of staff
1.0 Poor
Pros: Breakfast and the scenery.
Cons: I hated everything but the scenery and breakfast!

Pros: Ronnie is the best. He went out of the way to accommodate us when our room was not ready. The view is beautiful! Snorkeling in front if the resort is fantastic. The food in the restaurant is delicious. There is a shuttle to take you to Na Harn beach.
Cons: Wi-fi goes in and out in the rooms. Reception is better at the lobby and restaurant.
7.5 Good
Pros: Private, nice view
Cons: Free shuttle to the beach only runs from 10am to 4pm and it’s every two hours... so basically you can’t skip the fact that you would probably have breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Food menu is very limited and price is not cheap. Was not that easy to get to the beach from our beachfront room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Away from the hustle & bustle. Has a shuttle every 2 hours to take you to Nai Harn beach.
Cons: air conditioning in room was noisy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location with access to two private beach spots. Great seaside bar where you can get a snack from your deck chair. We had the Seaview villas which are very well appointed and have a large balcony.
Cons: The restaurant area could do with a refurbish it’s looking very tired and the deck chairs were very old and some were broken and had ripped cushions. They did however get a new set of deck chairs delivered so hopefully the old ones will all be replaced.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: the breakfast was very nice enough variety
Cons: the room could do with updating a bit but i beleive this is happening and on going
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location and view. Easy motorcycle ride to many different beaches and lookouts. Private. Great and friendly staff. Lots of restaurants to try with great food.
Cons: Loved everything about this place.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Is nice quite place!!
Cons: The arrival at the reception was quite bad. My wife (Thai) is on the same level like me (falang)... So please treat us both the same way and not talk with my wife like she is nothing!!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Most of all, we loved the view from our room and great snorkeling right off the beach. Lots of colorful fishes near the shore and corals further away, but really close. We saw parrot fish, zanclus rogatus, anemone fish, angel fish, and many more, including some big species. But no stingy jellyfish, fortunately. We loved the small beach, which has shadow even at noon, as trees grow very close to the water. The resort is very quiet, no noise from discos or fishing boats, no vendors, etc. Just nature, birds singing, butterflies, lizards (but not in the room :)). The staff is friendly, the food in the restaurant is delicious, wi fi is free and worked fine around the resort. Our room was spacious (we had an extra bed for our 6 ears old), and especially the terrace was our favorite place Perfect perfect perfect! We already dream to come back!!
Cons: - poor breakfast. I missed yoghurt, cheese, muesli, good bread (they only offer rubber-like toast bread). Other choices are Curry, rice, potatoes, steamed vegetables, which all would make a great lunch/dinner, but not breakfast (for me). The fruits were most of the days watermelon and pineapple, sometimes, papaya, would be good to have more choice - in the restaurant menu only watermelon and pineapple juice. Would be nice to have mango juice and fresh coconut - last shuttle to Nai Harn is at 16.00, would be nice to add one more at 18.00 or later - no shop on site, so you buy water for 30 THB/0.5 l from the restaurant or walk for 20 mins until the closest shop - strange organization of the room space: the wardrobe and safety box are in the bathroom, not very comfortable (pavilion beachfront room)

Pros: It was clean and exactly what we needed for the night
5.8 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfy and private balcony with a nice view of the marina
Cons: The staff were rude and disorganized at checkin, need more training. The breakfast was only from 8-9.30 am which is ridiculous considering traveling for more than 12 hours you could wake up later to enjoy your morning. The chef was rude I asked for scramble eggs and the kitchen refused then after that they brought it to me but it came out as an greasy omelette which was disgusting, as they were preparing it they made accusations and made me feel uncomfortable and I overheard as the kitchen was open who do you think you are and if you want it come and make it yourself. I was sick after 30 mins and I do it recommend this place to eat the stay was pleasant but the staff are terrible I would rate it a 1 star, I checked out that morning to find a better resort with better service. I hope no one else will experience what I encounter. Be warned to any travelers looking to stay at this place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and decent hotel, staff very friendly, all people in Thailand are very nice, we had breakfasts that were very tasty and nobody secreted them :-) The hotel is located in a quiet place, which suited us very well, in the vicinity of the hotel there are some interesting restaurants or grocery stores plus grocery stores, the hotel is very clean - cleaning every day - I generally think that I will stay in this hotel in Thailand again next time :-)
Cons: all perfect !!

Pros: - Extremely friendly housekeeping. - Friendly staff

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is in Bungalow style and so it is quiet and very roomy with a terrace outside. It is very comfortable even when one chooses to stay in the room all day. The bed has a very good mattress , it is hard but comfortable. The whole time I was there, I have had no back pain nor headaches which I often experienced on my own mattress at home. The bathroom has a private jacuzzi which we can use daily after swimming. The morning yoga sessions have been very refreshing especially the session at the beach. The swimming pool provides long stretches of water where one can really swim distances. The resort is for those who seek peace and quiet, away from the crowds.
Cons: Guests were asked not to put the toilet paper in the toilet but in a bucket . I guess there could be slight drainage problem. The resort is situated on the hilltop and so one needs to walk out to the main road for local restaurants or convenience shops.

7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great and brewing their own coffee was a nice touch.

Pros: Staff, bed, pillows, awesome views made it a most relaxing vacation. Thank you Naiharn, we will be back as soon as possible
Cons: having to leave so soon

Pros: Fantastic views and a very helpful staff. We enjoyed the restaurant
Cons: A bit overpriced. We have stayed in much nicer. rooms for the same price or less. Very little soundproofing, even in the nicer suites.
