The guys were okay did there job, car wasnt Old, bad window whippers 3 days rain, driver seat really bad, radio with 1 speaker, oil light blinkking on and off. But the car did what he had to do. Drive up the mountains

Terrible expérience de location avec cette compagnie à l'aéroport de Preveza/Aktion! Premièrement, leurs bureaux sont situés à l'extérieur de l'aéroport dans un hangar en acier non climatisé. Ensuite, ils ont refusé d'honorer notre réservation avec PriceLine/Kayak alors que nous en avions une version imprimée en main avec leur numéro de confirmation GreenMotion, sous prétexte que nous n'avions pas une version imprimée de leur «voucher» à eux. Nous avons dû longuement argumenter pour qu'ils décident de l'honorer. Pour le paiement du dépôt, nous comprenons bien qu'ils exigent la carte de crédit du conducteur comme les autres compagnies, mais sachez que leur dispositif n'accepte pas le paiement par carte de crédit avec le Paypass (comme partout ailleurs) ni les cartes de débit internationales (du jamais vu!). Une assurance supplémentaire de 200 Euros nous a donc été facturée simplement pour payer avec une autre carte de crédit que celle du conducteur. Aussi, bien que nous avions déjà payé la réservation en précisant que le véhicule sera remis à un bureau Green Motion différent, situé sur une autre île grecque, des frais supplémentaires de 31 euros nous ont été ajoutés. pour prendre le ferry avec la voiture... Je me demande bien comment ils pensaient que nous allions changer d'île! Évidemment, puisqu'aucun véhicule ne nous attendais, nous avons reçu un véhicule sale, très usé, sans liquide lave-glace, etc. Bref, une catastrophe qui nous a gâché de beaux moments de vacances.
