Loved the beds! Very very comfortable. I heard more than a few people commenting on how well they slept! I didn't have to call room service for a thing! Enough towels, pillows, blankets, and everything worked! Nothing broken, nothing missing, quiet room, great view, housekeeping did a great job. Two different restaurants to dine in/even has a Brueggers in house. One restaurant was fine dining, the other an English Pub! We loved that we could bring our own cooler/or bottle of wine down into the lobby and hang out there. A lot of people did this. Just a pleasure as it's a beautiful old fashioned open lobby with big sofas and fluffy chairs, gorgeous chandeliers! Situated right in the heart of Pittsburgh! Not too far to walk to either stadium, right around the corner from the Consol for hockey and close to the bridge to walk over to Station Square. I would recommend this hotel to any adult couple/group travelling. No pool/sauna or gym. Labor Day Parade made it difficult to get out or around the city when we were there but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Not a great hotel for children as no amenities geared towards them. Price was a bit high, even through Orbitz. I got an email from the hotel after I made my res through Kayak/Orbitz and they offered my same room for $99 per night instead of the $148 I paid (King standard room) but the hotel wouldn't accommodate the adjusted price as I had paid a third party (who by the way, paid them). Not convenient that I would need to call the third party and request that they adjust what they charged me. Hoping that Kayak/Orbitz will still adjust for me! I'll let you know!
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The gym was one of the nicest of any hotel I'd been to. The building lends itself to poor cell signals and the wi-fi is not free. Which is absurd. What year is it?
The faucet and outlet fell off during our stay.
When we checked in, we were told since we booked with an "outside" agency, we wouldn't get "credit" towards our Omni select membership, but we would still get free wifi and free coffee in the morning. However, I was delivered a bill with a charge for wifi. When I checked out, the woman at the desk was a bit brusque about it. She said we did not qualify for free wifi or coffee since we booked through an outside agency, but after I explained that's not what I was told on check-in, she then said she would give me a one time courtesy. I did not like how she handled this, and that's why I gave a three star for staff.
My wife & I were in town for a concert at the Benedum and this hotel was exactly what i was hoping to surprise her with for our anniversary. Within easy walking distance of both TenPenny restaurant and the venue, this elegant hotel provided another bit of ambience to our weeeknd. The piano playing in the lobby upon our return from dinner set the mood for the show, and the piano playing upon our return from the show was a nice night-cap. For the price, the proximity of this hotel to the cultural district is unbeatable. Our next evening in town will include the Omni William Penn Hotel.
beautiful lobby, tastefully decorated room, excellent location. Faulty outlet that gave my husband a nasty shock and was out of order. Coffee pot was missing the basket to brew coffee and one in adjoining room didn't work either. $10 for a bottle of water?! Nothing is complementary anymore, is it?
We loved the stay for Mother's Day there food was excellent 5 star the room was little pricey and valet is 34 dollars over night but was one hell of a time, they have a speak easy in down stairs we didn't get in due to closed on Sunday's but love to go next time, the room was a king suite it was nice the bathroom too was nice we had great stay Id say my wife's favorite thing was the food she was in love with there breakfast and the waiter we had was great, the front desk got us reservations at capital grille around the block which was great, only thing we did want was to visit a spa the hotel didn't have one or a pool but we still had fun thanks see you again !!!
The location is great and having both the Tap Room, Terrace Room, and room service was nice. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The lobby is beautiful too. Some of the rooms were quite substandard and badly in need of renovation with absurdly tiny bathrooms. More like a 1-2 star level of hotel than supposedly 4. The hotel windows didn't seem to be the usual double paned, and let quite a bit of city noise in, especially as there was construction from 8am-7pm during the week. The floor were also noisy....it seemed like most guests felt a need to slam their hotel doors constantly. Also, the lack of a minibar in the room was quite odd for this level of hotel.
Front counter girl was rude, unprepared and clearly did not want to help.

While we were checking in the head of housekeeping noticed we had a young baby and had a pack and play sent to our room within moments. It was so incredibly helpful! A service charge and a tip were already included in the morning breakfast service. I didn't notice and tipped on top of that. It's not a big deal but I tipped much more than I would have had it not been 6 in the morning and I'd already had the coffee I ordered.
Location is perfect. Right in downtown within walking distance of EVERYTHING. Great place to explore Service: Average Room: Average (missing a chair at the desk, was small, I had requested a king bed and it came with 2 fulls, stains on the walls, and had a questionable smell) Location: Good
Front desk staff was nice. The bed was terrible sunk down in the middle. Bathroom wasn't that clean, couch had stains of something on the pillows and cushions. Paid for river view got city. And the parking is for BS valet was full had to pay 15.00 for the night. Would never stay there again even if it was free.
Fast easy checkin and out procedures. Left a necklace in the suite after we had left the area, phoned hotel and it was shipped and received the next day. Excellent customer service, enjoyable stay. On morning of stay, after 2 days of extremely early mornings, housekeeping came by being very loud at 8:15am even though we had "do not disturb" signs on our door.
The room and the front desk staff were great. Everything was clean and comfortable. I went to a concert that night and when I came out I took subway and got off at the wrong stop. I was not sure how to get back to the hotel and could not get a cab (?) Anyway I called the front desk and one of the people on staff that night asked me where I was and actually walked me home via the phone....giving me turn by turn directions. Rude Valet staff- I forgot my computer in my car and had to call down to ask if they parked my car yet. There was 1 woman working that night and when they guy asked if she had already parked my car because I left my laptop in it, I heard her say loudly in the background, "You have got to be kidding me!" I would understand her "feeling" that way but to say it out loud is poor customer service.

I liked a lot the bed and the shower. I did not like the location, it is not convenient for public transportation. I did not have a remote control for the TV set for a day (the staff could not find one). I asked for a bathrobe that was never delivered. The breakfast at the hotel is not good, and the buffet is simply terrible.

They told me that they was a shuttle thats take the guest around 1 mile radius which made me wait for about 45 mins until i had to arrange my own transportation. Gave a twin bed for a single person

View of Mellon Arena because my son loves the Pittsburgh Penguins. At the starting line for Pittsburgh Marathon. They did not have parking available at the hotel (full). Expensive rooms. Also, was hoping for a late check out to shower after running marathon....hotel would not accomodate.
We didn't spend much time at the hotel except in the evening to comment on anything we liked about hotel. Staff was courteous. The hotel was very noisy from midnight until 4 a.m. Had to call front desk at 1:30 a.m. to complain.
The room was decent. The room wasn't ready so they took down my number at 2:45pm and told me they would call when it was ready. I went out around town and came back at 9pm to ask if my room was ready because I still did not receive a call. Terrible follow up and organization! Also - while my room was getting ready, the women at the front desk told me I could use the shower in the fitness area to get ready. I went into the women's locker room and there was a male cleaning it, therefore I couldn't even use it. The locker rooms were awful aesthetically and need to be revamped ASAP. The only service that was great was the bell hop/concierge where we left our bags. The gentlemen there was very helpful, friendly, and inviting.

Very nice, modern hotel! Loved the restaurant! The cleanliness and water pressure in the bathroom were outstanding. Very good price! Traffic congestion on the road of the entrance at check-in caused a small delay. Night time construction on the street was a little annoying but easy to drown out with the tv.
Housekeeping did a great job every day.

Check in came with free wine, and check out with free coffee! Biergarten is closed in the Fall months, but this wasn't noted until after checkout. Having a warm Fall means the Biergarten would have been a blast!

I liked the fact that my meeting was held in the hotel and I just had to go downstairs and did not have to worry about traffic or transportation The service was poor, the bathroom water facet dripped and water when brushing my teeth was not draining Service was very poor - when asked to please give me the TV channels, they just brought me the movie guide only, and I did not even ask for that. Every time I asked for something like, can I have a white envelope for my receipts, the front desk rep could not find any at all, and said they did not have any.
I come for the STEELER GAMES .. The place is fantastic , easy transportation to the stadium . Catch the ferry next to the hotel . Takes you to Heinz field . Runs every 30 minutes . I couldn't stay longer
The view of the skyline is phenomenal and station square has it's own little night life going on. The shower was outdated and the parking doesn't make sense. The parking ramp that isn't associated with the hotel but is actually closer to the front door is $10 overnight but the parking lot that is associated with the hotel and is further away cost $21. I loved the fact that I had a bed with the works (sheets, pillows, blanket, etc), the room had lights, water in the bathroom worked (both the sink and the shower), carpet, walls, wallpaper, 3-4 framed pictures on different walls, a ceiling, and almost an entire wall of windows. All of this plus things I didn't mention like a working thermostat, light switches, electrical outlets on the wall, and etc. This is DEFINITELY a hotel. Awkward positioning of electrical wall outlets. I damn near bent myself into a pretzel trying to find them.
Everything was just nice. For a really good price, my friends and I were able to get a good view of Pittsburgh from our window, sleep in a comfortable bed, and relax in a very clean room. we had no problems at all. The location is also perfect for tourists. I woul recommend this for anyone looking for a good hotel.

The location was excellent there was no vent in the bathroom and the toilet was loose so that when you sat on it it wiggled and made a noise. No wash clothes on the second day
Basically everything I had booked a non smoking room and someone had smoked in the room.. I have environmental asthma and I coughed most of the night.. I am sorry to have to report this.. I did have a nice time but ...I couldn't handle the cigarette smoke coming out of the air conditioner when I turned it on..

The room had a fantastic view of the river (although it cost extra) and great decor. after settling into the room for a little while; obvious dirty spots started to appear. Coffe spilt on the desk, yellow stains on the comforter, and hair in the bed.

Loved the location - right next door to Consol Energy Center and we were staying the night after a Pens game. There were red spots on the carpet and walls that could have been cleaned better. the light fixture cover on the light switch in the bathroom was broken - had a big piece of plastic missing.
Price point was cheaper than other options within walking distance to the David Lawrence convention center. The room was spacious and appeared to have been recently updated. The room overlooked the front awning where visitors can drop off luggage. The awning is sloped and water aggregates in pools at the back end of the awning right in front of my room's window. It looked pretty disgusting and they probably need to clean it or should have putt a better drainage system/slope to the awning. The bed sheets had a subtle stench to them. The sink must have been clogged because it would quickly fill to the brim if left running. The shower was also a little grimy and the drain cover came off when I bumped into it with my foot. For the decrease in price compared to the other hotels near the convention center I think I could have done better.

We stayed here for a trip to Pittsburgh for the Steelers play off game. The staff was amazing, room was super clean and comfortable and room price was extremely affordable. I was a little worried because of its distance to Heinz Field but was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offered a free shuttle that dropped us off within walking distance of the stadium. Called the shuttle on our walk back and the driver was already waiting for us!!! Extremely satisfied with our stay here and will definitely be staying there again on our next trip!!!

The hotel was very clean with a good breakfast Was in town for the Steelers game. Public transit and access in Pittsburgh (in general) is a big pain and the location of the hotel doesn't help even though it is relatively close to downtown. The shuttle never ran on time and therefor made other arrangements for my airport run as I was worried I would be late.
Reasonably good breakfast. Room heater was not sufficiently powerful. Temperature kept on dropping through the night. By morning, there was difference of as much as 4 degrees between room temperature and set temperature.

It's a Holiday Inn Express. The facility was clean, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location near the ballpark was great. Now that that's out of the way, what you want to know is what makes this place better than the rest. You learn a lot about a hotel when the staff is under duress. How do they perform? What is their temperament, their professionalism. I saw it on 8/3/15. Housekeeping was short staffed and the linens came back late from the cleaners. There was a line of impatient people waiting to check in at 6:00pm and their were no rooms that were ready. All the staff could do was apologize and give away upgrades. But through it all, the staff remained polite, positive and helpful. The manager was called and he came and addressed the line of impatient people and explained what was happening. You know what he was doing before he came over? He was folding towels and helping out where he could. This is the place you want to stay. They will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable even when they are having one of the worst days possible. Nothing

Only real complaint was finding a bucket of fried chicken (several days old) in the mini fridge of the room we stayed in....
Room was spacious and well adorned, view of the stadium and river was beautiful, and the building itself has a sleek elegance that can't be overstated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at Habitat and Andy's, while expensive, was delicious. We stayed for the first time on Valentine's day and plan on doing the same next year. The price is excessive, nearly $400 for one night. While you certainly get what you pay for, I would recommend staying elsewhere unless you can justify this kind of expenditure as it really is a one a year kind of splurge for us. You also have to pay for wi-fi ($15 a day) which is just silly considering the cost to stay.

Definitely a top-notch hotel. Everything you would expect when staying somewhere at this price point. I second the other comment about the nickel and diming. Valet and Wifi should be included in the cost of your stay. Also, I was very unimpressed by the food at the hotel bar, Andy's. I wouldn't have minded the fact it was so overpriced as can be expected at a hotel, but the Angus sliders had no taste. We should have made a quick walk over to Primanti Brothers which is only about 5 minutes away on the square.
None I saw with my eyes there are parking in the front door area but I was told not to park there. Instead I was asked to park in the airport long term parking and walk back to hotel in dark at 11pm. I left my Todd Snyder short in the room but I was told there was nothing found in room. The room I stayed was 250 dollars. But the towels didn't look clean to me. I took a picture of those dirty towels and showed to the front desk. I said I think those towels were disgusting. The answer I got was , "yeah I agree. ". Then she showed no feeling about my compliant. So I said, " I would never stay here again". Cause I thought she would make a solution for my dissatisfaction. But all she said was " ok you do that. " I felt treated unequal. Is it because I m Chinese.?
Bed was comfy Left my cell phone charger in room, took 4 days to talk to a real person who spoke English.The labels apparently fell off the chargers they found? I ordered a new one from Verizon. We were going to eat in restaurant but selections very limited and prices very high. Had a free breakfast of whole grain waffle ( suspect eggo) and fruit compote, 6 raspberries heated in microwave? Disappointed Hyatt Regency . sorry
Overall great exp Requested toilet papers and towells at 9am and didn't bother to deliver to room and finally we used the same wet towels and checked out at 12pm
We booked same day for a rate of $121 - such a great deal! Our flight was departing at 5:42am the following day and we got a wake up call at 4:15am and were at our gate by 5:15. I'm staying here every time I have an early flight out of PIT. It was a fluke but the fire alarm was triggered at 11:30pm and they couldn't shut it off until after midnight. Definitely disrupted our sleep which getting a decent nights sleep was the main reason for our stay.
Location is fantastic for early-morning air travel out of Pittsburgh -- literally a five minute walk from the hotel lobby to the airport security checkpoint. The price was high for a perfectly average room, and I had to adjust my bill to remove incorrect charges.
Price and location were okay. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Everything was an additional cost, WIFI $10 a day, parking $25 a day, bottles of water in room, $3.50 each. This is not for someone traveling any other way other than by airplane. My only complaint was the shower curtain was dirty.

When we arrived, the woman asked us if we were hungry? She indicated that breakfast was being served until 12:30, giving the impression that it was complimentary. We came to find out that it wasn't. We felt that was sneaky. Additionally, the serving size of the complimentary coffee in the room was the size of an espresso rather than a coffee.

The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I were both impressed with the size of the gym and the machines it offered. Overall we would stay there again if we didn't have the kids. We were traveling with two young kids (9 mo. And 4 mo.) and asked the front desk a ton of questions about getting around on their free shuttle, unfortunately they didn't seem to have all of the information because we weren't able to use it like we were told. I also asked for a crib at our reservation and at check in, which was never delivered, we brought our pack n play as a back up so I didn't ask again. The walls are super thin, the couple next to us were fighting and I could tell you all about their romantic troubles.
The staff was helpful, the room service was good and the location was convenient The windows didn't block out the traffic noise, the internet service kept disconnecting, the cable tv connection was faulty the bathroom sink drain plug wouldn't stay closed. I think for the price of the room the inside of the room could he been a little more comfortable overall.
Beds were super comfortable & had great views of the city The hotel restaurant was horrible. The pasta dinner special they had for the Pittsburgh marathon was tasteless, soupy & took forever. We waited over 35 minutes to get pasta w/marinara sauce & a greek salad - really? But apparently that was just our table because a family of four that sat next to us was served shortly after ordering (& they also got pasta).
Our room was great, though the bathroom was a bit tight Front desk staff very courteous / helped me get the internet set up n my iPad , patient when I left my key in my room twice.
The beds were comfortable, a lot of closets, fit 4 people comfortably and in a good location (across the T and walking distance to sights). The rooms were dirty; walls were dirty, carpet dingy and shower didn't drain quickly so standing in filmy water while showering. The dining area was not equipped to handle a large crowd-waitress said to give her one min to help us and never returned after 40 min so we went to 711 for breakfast snacks. Waited 30min at the bar to order a drink-bartender NEVER acknowledged us and we were sitting at the bar with MAYBE 8 people -she was just rude! She helped a couple sitting next to us and never looked our way. We left to another bar/resraurant but it was just too bad that we couldn't get service in the hotel where we were staying and inconvenient. We will look for other Suite options next year.
The cookies were awesome and the view from the room was great. A real safe location within walking distance of plenty of nice places. The elevator was slow and getting the car took a bit longer than expected. Paying 20 bucks a day for parking was unexpected.
Rooms were clean. Staff was nice and responsive. Parking was convenient. After we were awoken by partiers in the wee hours of the morning, the front desk saw that we were promptly moved. Not much ambient/white noise (e.g., fans) for sleepers who need it. Partiers in the room next to us woke us up at 1am.

Very clean and luxurious. Great location, the free metro station is only 50 feet away and runs to North Shore (Heinz Field and PNC Park) Price was inflated to almost double normal rate due to Chesney concert; to be fair all the hotels in Pittsburgh inflated their rates

The location was great. The beds were very comfortable. I tried calling several times for early check-in but could not get anyone one the telephone. The bathroom was small with very poor ventilation.
Location mailnly The person who attended to me was rude , unprofessional , improperly dressed . However the other staff was corteous and the person who troubleshooted an issue that I had was courteous and professional. That said I would not rate the hotel badly for one bad egg. I hope he learns the professionalism that applies to run an institution in the service industry. The management appears to be new and there appear to be a few teething problems. The hairdryer in my room was burnt out and the showerhead had issues. That said all in all it was an ok experience but definitely not hotel satndards more motel standards. Potential to pick up though.
There were no other people booked in the rooms around us, so it was incredibly quiet. The price could've been lower. Also, it was advertised as having balconies, but there was a sliding glass door with a railing immediately outside of it. No balcony.
Our GPS took us right to the hotel. Easily accessible. The hotel was not worth the money. The bathroom had mildew in tub and on the walls, the room itself was not very clean and the continental breakfast was sub standard. The only thing that the hotel had going was the outdoor pool.

the first room was too dirty...we had to get another room it was also dirty...even the elevator carpet...ripped...dirty...toilet you had to flush twice for paper to go down...ice maker was so dirty we decided not to use the ice...the continental breakfast...what a joke!!!
My husband and I stayed at the hotel. It was nice and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel was supposed to have a continental breakfast, but during our stay there was not a continental breakfast. So do not count on a continental breakfast for the weekend.
Price was reasonable. I felt the room could have been cleaner. Saw lots of cobwebs and wires hanging out.
Staff was great! Jenelle, Jay, Will, Ashley & Eve were super stars! Jay was very knowledgable of the area & helped me find food at 1:00am. Also, staff helped me get a ride back to hotel after my concert was over since original cab said he was done for the night @ 10:30pm.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent. The swimming pool was very small. The room was decent, but nothing spectacular. When we got there the sheets were very haphazardly placed on the bed and the towels weren't folded neatly.
The desk staff was not helpful in the least, they did not want to help make the stay a good one. I believe it is because we purchased the room through kayak so there was no discussion of displeasure at check out. The sheets were dirty with stains from other guests. The in room coffee pot did not work, I asked to have it addressed twice, but nothing was done about it. The TV remote did not work, I had to ask three times to get it replaced. The desk staff were unable to describe the amenities around PNC Park and did not seem to care if we enjoyed our stay or not. As if since our room was prepaid so they did not need to take care of us.
Hotel room was very nice, spacious, and clean, Really enjoyed the mini kitchen and the layout of the room. I thought it was a little ridiculous to have to pay an additional 25 dollars for parking. You would think that paying 160 dollars a night that parking would be included. Other than that everything was good.
Location was great. It is close to sports fields, Stage AE & Warhol museum, Parking is expensive and extra.

The location - we went for a Pittsburgh Penguin Hockey Game. We had booked online for a King Bed room and they tried to give us a double -Paying for parking at a hotel also bothered us. The bar could not make a pina coloda or a mojito, yet they are classified as a bar. I was disappointed in not being able to have a drink that I enjoy.
The location was in walking distance of PNC stadium so we did not have to drive to the game.

The staff was friendly and the shuttle service was great! I reserved a room with two beds. When I checked in all they had to give me was a handicapped room with a single bed. My sister and I had to sleep in the one bed for the first night until they could get another room to move us to for the second night. We receive no compensation for being put in the wrong room, having to switch rooms, etc.

Loved the shuttle to the Pirates game! What a luxury for us. Breakfast was great. Clean, friendly. When we booked it, we thought a double was two beds. Had to sleep in a bed with my little son and the snoring drove him crazy!
My boyfriend and I were visiting Pittsburgh for our 8 year anniversary. The room was neat and clean and was very comfortable. I liked the foot stools with the couch and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot hairspray and they offered me a sample size as a replacement! I LOVED the 24 hour free coffee and tea bar. Not to mention the adorable cups and sleeves that were provided! Love the mustaches. Took advantage of this every day/night. The breakfast was wonderful too. The scrambled eggs were a little flavorless, but the egg omelets they had one day were delicious. Great variety and always stocked and seemed fresh. The pool was nice, but could get crowded. Seemed like they needed more lounge chairs. I also would prefer an indoor pool, but I got some sun, which was nice. My favorite part was location because it was a 10 minute drive to downtown, 20 minutes from the zoo, and 10 minutes from Robinson, where we had dinner one night. A quick note that the fridge and microwave are a nice touch even though we did not use them. We also didn't use the shuttle but always saw it at the doors, so it seemed to run all day. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we will stay again. I did not like how thin the walls were. We could hear the TV of the person in the room next to us. There also was a "bachelorette party" happening across the hall and they were up several times during our first night's stay. They woke us up at 12am, 2 am, 5 am, and so on. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but the thin walls and doors made it easy to hear everything in the hallway and other rooms next to us. I also didn't like that parking was somewhat limited when we got back in the late evening. Other than that, this was a great hotel and we will return!
I had reserved a king bed room but they degraded the room to quin bed due to malfunction of the heater, WITHOUT any compensation!!! In summary, We paid for the king bed and got the quin size bed.
It was a nice room overall and a great value for the price. The sofa bed in the room was broken and uncomfortable
I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel away from downtown Pittsburgh with easy acess to the Casino, Heinz Field and PNC park. The hotel is clean, the decor looks fresh and updated and there's plenty of free parking. Breakfast was included in the price of the room. It was the fix-it-yourself type that I really enjoy when I am only staying 1-2 nights. The breakfast included waffles, ham (similar to canadian bacon), danish, muffins, bagels, toast, cheese omelets, oatmeal, assorted fruits, boiled eggs and yogurts. Beverages included orange, cranberry and apple juices, coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea. The room looked exactly as it was advertised which was great. The staff was very pleasant and eager to provide any assistance. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we are in town for a short visit. N/A
We loved the daily shuttle ride so that we did not have to drive into the city. This saved us money for parking and headaches from the terrible traffic! It is very convenient on the hour and they will pick you up within 45 minutes of your call. The beds are cozy and the breakfast was good.
I was expecting the hotel to be very fancy, and, in fact, the lobby is pretty nice, with a beautiful stained glass window on the stairway. The room was not particularly nice. It was not terrible either. For a hotel with such a beautiful exterior, the room, which was in the main mansion, was rather plain and utilitarian. I would suggest adding some drinking glasses to the bathroom.
There really wasn't much to like about the place. First, the charged us over nite parking for 20 bucks. Never mentioned it at check in. There was no room service. Our mini fridge never got cold. There was only an ice machine on the forth and second floor, the one on the forth floor didn't work the whole stay. The one on the second floor worked when we first got there, but by the time we went back for more it wasn't working again.
Great location to walk to the game. You have to pay for parking separate from room charges. $19 per night for parking.
I stayed there to see a concert at Stage AE. It was a perfect location.
Only 100 yards to PNC Park! Great room with first class breakfast! Very accommodating staff. Great shuttle service. $22 per night to park was a downer but the hotel shuttle will take you anywhere in Pittsburgh so you don't have to drive! Location right next to elevated interstate bridge. With HVAC off, it sounded like cars were coming through the room! But with a/c running, could not hear traffic. Will definitely return.
The staff was a great help they were fast to deliver a microwave for our in suite party and helpful all around The sep living area and kitchen area
The bar in the lobby was nice and the complimentary breakfast was great. Had to pay extra just to park my car there.
It was great to be able to walk where ever we wanted on the north shore and even walking downtown too! We loved the size of the room and what came with it as well. I enjoyed being on the higher floor as well. Our room was right beside the highway, we heard cars all night long, we were on the corner right next to road. We didn't like that there were no vending machines because drinks and snacks were overpriced at the front counter. $5 dollars for 2 bottles of water.

Really nice old place with a lot of charm. Great historic building. Staff was really nice. Bed was hard and rug looked like it might have not been vacuumed.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are quaint and pleasant. The street and neighborhood are a little uncomfortable for walking, especially at night.

This hotel is a family-owned former monastery. It's an old building tucked at the end of a quiet street that's in a great central location; easy walking distance to the Warhol Museum, Children's Museum and baseball park, with the cultural district just over the bridge. The Priory has a free shuttle service and personable drivers (don't forget to tip them!) The rooms are clean and have everything you need but the place does remind me a little of the B&B in Groundhog Day, which is to say it may be too quaint and old fashioned for some. It's quiet and cozy. Although I was very happy with my stay, the bathroom was small (just a shower, no tub) and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. The staircase is creaky and the carpeting is a little threadbare. I thought these things were charming but others may perceive them as dreary.
Hotel staff was very helpful Small room and bathroom. Not much room to move around in either. Sheet didn't fit on the bed it was way too small. It came off both nights I stayed. Every time we went to the pool there were no clean towels

We reserved the room for my husband's cancer surgery at UPMC. His surgery was rescheduled a week before the surgery date, and I wasn't able to amend the reservation. I knew it was non-refundable, but I thought it would be fair to change the reservation to a different night.
The ladies working Saturday night (10/8) are fabulous. As well as the manager that was on Saturday night and Sunday morning. It is obvious that customer service is a big deal here. what we did not like was the horrible hockey team of kids. It was outrageous how these parents let their children literally run around like maniacs. The hotel did their best to control it but it was the parents that were on all of the floors drinking in the hallways that should've been in control of their own children.
All of the staff (especially at check-in) were incredibly friendly and helpful! Seriously, they give you a warm, delicious, chocolate chip cookie when you check in. Breakfast was pricey.
Staff was friendly and helpful A creepy man was at the pool and touched my daughter's face. He states he lived at the hotel. He was very inappropriate and my family felt very uncomfortable at the pool.
