The room literally was dirty, and I have the pictures. The Guest Services Supervisor said I need to work through you to get my money back. How do I call?
Pros (+) Great location on top of the U of Pitt campus. Was a fan of the toiletries in the room as well. Wifi worked well.
Cons (-) A lot of the things in our room did not work. We had an alarm clock with a frayed wire that did not work and a few outlets in our room did not work. Our fridge was not running and had mold inside and the bathroom did not smell good - smelled a bit like urine when we got into our room.
Pros (+) Excellent location. Easily walkable to CMU. Parking was fine.
Cons (-) Bathroom light was very dim. Need to replace bulb or lighting. Shower pull tab on spout was loose. I had screw in to use shower. None of the lamps are modern with usb charging slots. Air conditioning very loud.

Pros (+) Very clean hotel. Located next to the University of Pittsburgh campus. Shuttle service provided, very convenient. Friendly staff.

Cons (-) There was no fan in the bathroom and every time we drove out of the parking lot, we had to step out of the car to push a button on the call box to be let out! The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
Pros (+) Great all around hotel. Clean room, great environment, and perfect location if you need to get around to all parts of Pittsburgh during your stay.

Cons (-) The air in the room felt like the heater's air filter was never changed. Every day I woke up congested with a sore throat and generally do not have bad allergies. My symptoms cleared up before I even landed back home.
