Pros:
Drop off was terrible. 24 hours after drop off they still haven't closed the reservation and sent my receipt. I called literally 10 times yesterday and got the run around. I'm going to have to contact my credit card and dispute the charge until I hear from them because I'm sure they're going to try to charge me for an extra day.6.8 Okay

Pros:
I had 2 interactions with the staff as you always will. During pick up they helped me out to get a car within my range that was a better suit for my needs. During drop off they showed me the simple breakout of pricing on everything and even helped me get a better gas deal because I forgot to fill up the last quarter of the tank. I was very grateful for that. It was $10 saved but it meant a lot to me that they were willing to help me out.10.0 Wonderful

The return parking was confusing with self parking. The Alamo was full of cars so we parked a competitor's row at Pasco Airport. Lots of stains on the seats-gross.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Because we have not rented a car in Pasco, we had a hard time finding the car. Once we figured that out, everything was OKCons:
Pick up in Portland was kind of the same. The person in the front office didn't enter my whole name, just the first and middle name. because of that, Discover didn't recognize the name and the number, the card was blocked. I called the 800# and the Discover person resolved it immediately.Dollar
