Cons: No daily housekeeping

Cons: Probably my only minor complaint is that the maid service tended to run late into the day. We got back to our suite at 3:30 pm and the room had not been made up yet.

Cons: Beds were listed as 2 queens, I think they were two fulls instead.

Cons: After checking in we dropped our luggage at the room and went to the beach for an hour and a half .returned to the room to find our carpet next to the bed soaked . I go to the front desk to let them know to find out that they don't have anothere room to put us in and they would send maintenance up to check on the ac unit. We waited to get dressed for dinner until the maintenance man came and all he did was remove the water with a shop vac and said he would let the desk know what was going on and that's all they could do. I followed up with the desk and the supervisor on duty said there is nothing they could do. I asked for the manger and was told he was in a meeting and not available. So my floor was soaked my entire stay at the dunes and the staff basically said deal with it. I paid way too much money to just deal with. I would not recommend staying there again. Poor management and an inconvenience when you only have a few vacation days Also they placed me in a handicap equipped room . They made me feel as though I was being punished for booking on the Web

Cons: Difficulty in making reservation & in getting a fixed price! Surly staff person at check-in. Gave us room on floor 5, despite request for higher floor. Room had a second queen-size bed: why?? No chair, other than straight-back for desk. No place to watch TV except from 2nd bed. Noisy fridge and blower in bathroom. No one at registration desk to provide info or "key" to enter exercise room. Breakfast buffet price ($17) is exorbitant! Hotel website did NOT mention that OC was celebrating St. Patrick's Day with parade, one week early! Hotel provided no means for written feedback. In general, overpriced, living on laurels from another time.

Cons: Climbing down 10 flights of stairs at 6am in morning after being jolted out of bed, with the emergency warning. And waiting over 1 hour outside and in the lobby, and finally walking back 10 flights to gset back in our room. My wife suffered some problems on the stairs

Cons: The pool was bit small and price for the hotel was too high

Cons: The restaurant was a bit pricey but the food was very good.

Cons: No Internet and room service in the adjoining property. That wasn't disclosed at check in or in the in-room instructions.

Cons: Seems to be geared toward a more mature crowd, but this may be due to the time of year.

Cons: Front desk clerk was a new employee, but was friendly and welcoming. Asst. manager on duty was not forthcoming with helping me with a booking issue. I did not feel like a valued guest based on her demeanor.

Cons: I liked everything about the hotel.

Cons: The fitness center was lacking. Would have like there to be a sauna and steam room.

Cons: Did not receive maid service, sheets were dirty/stained, sand throughout sheets, no beach/ocean view from first floor. Parking limited. Suites not located in hotel, building across street. Love the hotel, but won't stay in suites again. Expected more from Dunes Manor

Cons: Housekeeping service was inconsistent (as the other person said). Had to ask for clean sheets, but she told us she's out and left. We felt like cleaning lady was not interested in cleaning the room. We had to call housekeeping and the other crew took care of the room. No roof on the balcony on the top floor - seriously (kind of bummer during ).

Cons: If you want to be in the center of the boardwalk, this is not the place. It is a block north of the end of the boardwalk, which ends at 27th. We had water pressure problems, and also found that cooling was uneven in our room.

Cons: got a room with two beds and I am used to a king size so it seemed small to me. that's just my preference

Cons: Old stayed in room 508 water leak in ceiling wallpaper seams peeling a/c loud racket coming from it

Cons: Only problem was finding a place to park for check in. Minor issue.

Cons: The fan in the bathroom didn't work well so the steam from showers built up a ton, the air was always very thick after a shower.

Cons: No conditioner provided (conditioning shampoo is not the same), slow elevator and funky, scratchy bedspread.

Cons: The rugs felt worn as was the dated furniture.

Cons: We had a difficult time finding the parking lot and our room opened up right into the lobby which would not be a problem if the bed was not visible from the door.

Cons: The shower was Tiny but it did the trick & was clean. Nothing else.

Cons: I was on the 3rd floor and it did not have.a it's own place to sit out side and relax like the other 2 floors

Cons: Coffee cups in the room, they had a coffee pot but no cups. Room was clean but could've stood to be cleaned a little better

Cons: The first room I had I could not even open with the keys! I went down to the main office twice and was starting to become irritated. The pool was not heated as was advertised, and was colder than the ocean.

Cons: Pool hours were only until 8. I think they should of been longer.

Cons: Everything, the older man at the desk was rude & stressed beyond his capacity to manage. The water in shower & sink was like a trickle that took 20 minutes to get warm, bathroom was small, no towel hooks, plugs or even a toilet paper holder. No Ice in the hotel.

Cons: The rooms were so tiny! I’ve never been in a hotel room this small before. It was smaller than the smallest rooms on a cruise ship! We had to pay to park at a lot within walking distance, but it was super sketchy. It was all together adequate. I wouldn’t stay here again, and if you had children this place would be a nightmare.

Cons: The room was most definitely not worth the price. flies EVERYWHERE!... the staff (main guy) was cool but kept threatening to take the deposit fee if we have more than two people. teenagers are most likely not coming to ocean city only 2 deep ... and they had a full house, plus the piece of junk was over price so what is the problem??? just felt uncomfortable and dirty the biggest waste of money that whole trip. but i guess you can expect to much it is a motel not a hotel

Cons: There were bugs in the rooms, it was dirty, I almost didn't just bought another hotel room, but it was last minute and I only need to sleep there for few hours or else I would have went else where

Cons: The place was dirty and it stunk horribly I did not let my bare feet touch the floor I also wore flip flops in the shower. The place just grossed me out the ceiling had mold growing and the cable cord was just hanging from the ceiling do not stay at this hotel!!!

Cons: sheets were sandy. not enough soap but on a budget not bad.

Cons: Some electrical outlets didn't work. Dirty. No ice machine. Did see bags of ice (just not at that moment) VERY bare bones motel Dirty. Shower was just a curtain Soap, but no shampoo I paid $200 a night for this place?!?!? There is a deadbolt on the door. Your key does not work in it though. Did I mention dirty?

Cons: Kids running around at all hours. Bathroom was very small with no place to hang towels or place soap. Total of maybe two outlets in the entire room.

Cons: The room was a very small size to accommodate such a large bed. There was barely any room to move around. The bed sheets had disgusting stains. The room felt damp at all times. Also the towel service man had unlocked and opened the door while I was half naked after my shower.

Cons: Housekeeping was extremely poor. Lighting in the bathroom tokk up to ten minutes to come on after the switch was turned on. Door to the room was difficult to open. Microwave had to be placed on a chair in order to make the cord stretch to the outlet. Will definitely not return.

Cons: There was no pool. It was a block away from the beach. The rooms were very small. And the balcony was just a very small stair step porch.

Cons: Room was dirty. Air conditioner leaked all over the floor. It was very cramped with two queen beds. Bottom sheets were just flat sheets that barely tucked in, bedspreads were tattered (big holes in them).
