Pros (+) We liked the style of the room.
Cons (-) We would have preferred being on a floor where no pets were allowed.
Pros (+) Very polite people. The lady that checked me out is very nice and such a blessing!
Pros (+) The suites are roomy and comfortable especially for extended stay. Great fully equipped kitchens. Glad there are some healthy options such as boiled eggs and oatmeal on the breakfast bar. Location is great. Walking distance to several restaurants for eat in and carry out. Great walking areas in the nearby Freemason neighborhood.
Cons (-) Housekeeping took forever to clean room (I only requested cleaning every 2-3 days of my 12 night stay. They had an attitude when I had to track them down. The breakfast on weekends is a sheer mess. Not enough staff-- not refilled quickly enough. If you get there :15 before it ends, don't expect food or sympathy from staff. Blow dryer and iron were horrible. I had to ask for another and the replace...
