Pros (+) The hotel was great, right on par with the other Residence Inns at which I've stayed. The location is conveniently near the airport, but not so close that there is any distracting airport noise. Comfortable beds, hot water without delay--a great hotel stay... with one exception.
Cons (-) The airport shuttle, which I reserved the night before, did not show up on time. After waiting 38 minutes for the shuttle, I finally left in a taxi at my own expense, and nearly missed my flight. The hotel clerk was apologetic and helped arrange the taxi, but the shuttle driver was never to be seen. Unsatisfactory.
