Pros (+) I truly thought The Franklin had great customer service. Everyone there was so nice and very helpful. I loved the little breakfast set up they had in the morning. Simple, but just enough to get your day started. And then from 4:30 - 6:30 they offer wine and cheese happy hour. LOVED IT! Good "house" wine, little nuts, dried fruit, and cheese! My mom and I had such a great time sitting in the "commo...

Pros (+) good mattress and the rooms where clean. they offered afternoon wine and nuts which was nice.

Pros (+) I only paid $99/night and still wouldn't stay again. Heat didn't work despite the below freezing temps outside. They had a space heater but no extra blankets.
