Pros (+) Can't find anything positive to say after this experience.
Cons (-) Pre-paid and reserved room was unavailable (king suite). Upon arrival, was first told to re-book at another hotel. Then given a horrible closet of a room with a broken heater. Only got partial refund and am very dissatisfied.

Was so thankful to find a room in a well rated hotel, as it was getting very late and I was getting concerned as a female in the city with no where to go.
