The property got the job done for what I needed, but could have been a little nicer decor-wise. The hallways were not air-conditioned so it was always very warm coming out of the elevator onto my floor. I also expected more from the dining options inside the restaurant. However my room was nice and comfortable.

My room was cleaned twice, the staff was rude, never replace shampoo or conditioner in the bottles that are in the shower and on and on and on

Pros (+) Very friendly front desk and valet staff ! Loved the balcony in being able to sit outside and look at the beautiful view ! Very comfortable bed !

Pros (+) The staff were very pleasant and courteous, and the location was good for my business meeting.
Cons (-) The room was very small and cramped, to the point of being claustrophobic. Unfortunately, in New York small hotel rooms at extraordinarily high prices is the norm.

Cons (-) Requested staff to provide additional towels and shampoo bottles. Had to call them three times from the room and then at the counter in person for this to happen. Otherwise stay was great but wish they could have quick follow up and better attentiveness from staff.
