10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was exceptional
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, Nice room with view
6.3 Good
Pros: It was OK
Cons: Went for dinner. A bottle of water sat on the table. We opened it and had some. Got the bill and they charged us 6 Euro for the bottle of water. There was no price on the bottle and nothing to say it cost they much and no one said. Ludicrous
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located near Erasmus University, and bus stop is right in front. I was offered upgrade (superior > executive) at EUR25/night upon C/I, which included free minibar w/ Nespresso & mineral water, bath lobe, slippers, broadband access (upgrade from wifi), and high floor (less noise and better view), which I though was a good deal. Room was spacious, nice and clean. Comfy firm mattress. Breakfast was offered at two levels, EUR 9.50 for continental, or EUR 19 for buffet (many choices of meat/cheese/pastries/juice, enough for consecutive stay). 'Breakfast included' rate meant buffet. Dinner was good, with enough selection of glass wines, a little pricey though. No other restaurants nearby, except for on-campus HOT SPAR and food court.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, view and Rotterdam
Cons: Bed was bit hard, not much privacy in your room.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Very stylish hotel. Futuristic. TV in the mirror. Nice!! Excellent breakfast. They even make omelets. This is rare in Europe. Super great staff. Friendly, very helpful.
Cons: Parking expensive. Even though the hotel does give a discount.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Amenities, Nespresso machine were good!
Cons: TV was very strange. And function of 'Smart TV'(?) didn't work. They didn't give a full detail of method for 'Smart TV' operation. Even remote control didn't work well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing time at nhow Rotterdam! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the bedroom was clean, spacious and designed with a specific care for details which made our stay feel extra-ordinary. The breakfast was offering a wide range of fresh products and the panoramic view from the space is great. We ordered some buns and fried chicken via de room service and the food was delicious. And: the elevator was incredibly fast!
Cons: Nothing! More two small notes: bathrobes would have been great to have in the room to chill a bit longer after a bath. Because the wifi did not reach our floor, we had to walk downstairs to pay for the roomservice instead of being able to just pay by card from our room (23rd floor).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Mirror message and a great view!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel. Highly recommended! Nice bar on floor 7.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall a very nice, modern, clean hotel. Good location.
Cons: Slightly cold in the room even when adjusting the termostat to the warmest temperature possible.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice & modern. Bit minimalistic but all things you need in a room. Cool late night bar.
Cons: I wasn't convinced about the flatscreen TV within the mirror so you couldn't turn it. Parking is extra but they give you a discount as it gets pricey very quickly.
Art Hotel Rotterdam - Rotterdam - Building
3
7.5 Good (13,961 reviews)
AED 308+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Art Hotel Rotterdam, you'll be centrally located in Rotterdam, within a 10-minute drive of Ahoy Rotterdam and Erasmus Bridge. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
4.5 Okay
Pros: It's hardly a 4* my room was clearly a 1960s council flat. Which I assume is what the building once was. The decor was cold and a bit weird. Kitchenette had NOTHING just a cold metal work top and a sink. A coffee maker but no coffee and not even a microwave. I didn't want a kitchenette but if there is one in my room I expect something! Location is not nice nor is the view
Cons: Far too expensive and not a 4*. I rarely complain about a hotel because you get what you pay for. However I suggest either spending another £20 or going for a lovely 3* somewhere else. It's not a nightmare hotel so if you have booked it's not going to be horrible, just if you have a choice ... Go elsewhere
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The bathroom was nice, great view over the river. Quiet.
Cons: The beds are too close together for a twin room. There were bits and white stains on the headboard and a large blood stain on the duvet! I asked the reception to change it after I came back from a long day of work on Wednesday 11 March. The female receptionist advised me to just cover it up as the cleaning team had left the hotel already. She was not willing to help nor took it seriously. I complained again to her male colleague, who was very friendly and immediately went up to change the bed. He apologised and said this shouldn't have happened. Surely if I can see it, your cleaning team could not have missed this. Also the fact that the hotel charges for breakfast on the morning is very chaotic. Easier to charge afterwards. Please step up your cleanliness and quality control checks.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: the view from floor 10th
Cons: it is good place . good value like to go more oven there . thanks Bilal
6.0 Good
Pros: friendly staff. Central location. Close to Maashaven Metro
Cons: The hotel has an italian restaurant in it that provides breakfast. This breakfast costs a lot and is worse than some of the remote places ive been to abroad. It includes: a slice of white bread, a slice of ham, 2 tacky mini breads (you can buy these in stores), about a hand size pack of yoghurt, some jam and a little bottle of orange juice. It just screams laziness and apathy. Dont buy your breakfast there. Also the hotel has a 4 star rating, do these mean anything anymore? Only thing that redeems the rating is the price, otherwise its just a renovated 2-star hotel. Its called Art Hotel, and it barely had any art in it

Pros: Good room. Very nice and friendly staff
Cons: Cooked breakfast could be better
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Food of good quality. Room comfortable and quiet. Very convenient for my work.
Cons: Closure of the bar. It always had a buzz with sport on TV and pool tables - a nice environment to relax after a day's work. Eating in the restaurant is not the same unless you enjoy being with middle aged men sat by themselves looking at their phones.
Hilton Rotterdam - Rotterdam - Building

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location.....close to everything. Room was very clean staff was very helpful,
Cons: Water in the shower did not drain well. Caused some water to build up in the bathroom. No operational windows in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good and fast room service
Cons: Nothing
6.5 Good
Pros: It is comfortable enough and reasonably well positioned but it really is just a bit bland and characterless. A hotel probably better set up to appeal to the business community ( to which to be fair I belong) rather than the independent traveller. I like Hilton's but the Hilton up in the Hague is so much better than this one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central location. Amazing, helpful staff!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is what we were looking for. Very good hotel with friendly staff. Would go back and also recommend this place

Pros: The hotel is renovated and up to the latest standards of comfort and luxury. It is quiet and soundproofed. Food is excellent.
Cons: The only thing to criticize is Internet speed but they do offer a fast paid version if you need that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Decent bar, good room service, nice staff
Cons: Not many shops around the hotel to buy little necessities and a lot of them do not accept Visa Or Mastercard. It would be great if they had a little shop in the hotel.

Sorry for my honest ))

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Really comfortable bed. Excellent dinner.
Cons: The TV was no good and no music channels. Shower water pressure not so good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the Mainport Design Hotel in Rotterdam is a thoughtful, and comfortable design experience. From it's location overlooking the historic harbor and adjacent to the Erasmus Bridge to position next to the Tram transit stop...is a well connected position in Rotterdam. My room was very comfortable and a high-design style. Service was excellent throughout, not stuffy or pretentious, but well mannered and accessible. Some 5-star hotels trying too hard to be exceptional, making the visitor feel like it's a privilege just being a guest. But I felt that the hotel and staff really are proud of their facility and are eager to share the good vibe with their clients.
Cons: Only getting to stay two nights.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds are perfect
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, size of rooms

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place very comfortable and amazing food. Awesome tub
Cons: nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room was great, overlooking the harbour. We had a sauna in our room which was great, and the bathroom was impressive. It's close to the Witte de Withstraat which has bars and restuarants.
Cons: It was great other than little features like the paint on the wall was cracked and looked a little weathered. These little things that made it feel more like an older hotel than a fresh, luxury one. We went during Christmas and New Year and nothing was open and it felt very much like a ghost town in Rotterdam!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was quite good, many different options. The coffee was also very good and they have smoothies :) .
Cons: The bed wasn't very comfortable. It was good but in the webpage they say it's a premium bed, which was not the case.

1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing good to say
Cons: the worst hotel in the world the front desk lady was rude and completly unorganized didn't have a room and would not give me my money back The worst ever seriously dont go there i booked and have payed for my room and called in advance because i was concerned about the bed bugs comments i have read.they said that there was indeed a problem with bed bugs and were trying to solve it and also that the first floor has been renovated and i asked for a room that was renovated and they said OK i called again to make sure and again they said OK. On my arrival they tried to trick me into signing for a room on the forth floor because they said they didn't have another after a long talk about how they promised me a renovated room i decided to give this one a chance since it was night and cold af outside. When i walked into the room there were people staying there and started screaming at me.. After that i called the police who didn't bother to show up but at least called and they gave ud our money back.. Horrible impression of the Netherlands Also they told thay the manager was not there amd turns out he was Ps i booked in a hurry before seeing the horrible comments and was a huge mistake

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpfulness of all staff, reception and all those posted round the ship to guide guests.
Cons: Lunch order in restaurant totally misinterpreted I.e. potato soup came as tomato, cheese omelette was nothing of the kind. Breakfasts were excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: Everything was perfect
7.7 Good
Pros: The main deck was nice to grab a drink from downstairs bar and take it to the deck
Cons: They should accommodate late check out, one staff told i can and when I asked for late check out the other staff from the front desk said that they can’t it was frustrating
7.0 Good
Pros: I love that it is a cruise liner from the art deco period. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. There is also a free shuttle bus to the metro and back up until 11:30 in the morning.
Cons: I did not like the price of the breakfast, it was a nice selection but way over priced, in my mind. I didn't like my first night, I was next to a very noisy piece of machinery that whirred the whole night to such an extent that it vibrated items in the bathroom. This must be a well known problem so why put people in there. They changed my room the next day but I was halfway through my stay by that point. They should not have out me in there in the first place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the overall experience
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything in the same place, with bar and cabin close
Cons: Pillow a bit smelly
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful ship, special place to stay, especially if you take the water taxi to get there. Very romantic. Breakfast was very good, lots of options (yet not always included in the room price). I recommend this place if you want to stay in a truly different hotel and go back in time and dream you are on Love Boat.
Cons: No tea in the room, and barely enough coffee for 2 people (1 cup of each sort, no possibility to make 2 cups of coffee of the same kind). Empty minibar, and room service unavailable in the evening (only breakfast can be delivered to the room). Bit disappointing if you want to have a drink or a snack in your room. Limited vegetarian options in the restaurant (not to mention vegan options!).
5.0 Okay
Pros: It rate my stay as 5.0
Cons: - No window ! - empty mini bar - I had to call to obtain a TV control and it took 20 mins to arrive (one needs to activate the TV in order to obtain the password for the wifi. - shuttle car to metro station doesn’t operate after 7pm

9.2 Excellent
Pros: clean, quiet and bright room, free bikes, very friendly host
Cons: nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bikes, shower and coffee machine.
Cons: TV, soft bed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: If you like privacy and feeling of home, then the Alberti B&B is the perfect place to stay. Especially, if you have two couples, then both can get their own room and entire floor is yours. And B&B means bed and bikes, which gives you excellent possibility to use a new and well kept bikes for free of charge. Also I should give my respect to hosts, who are ready to help you as much as you need and appreciate your privacy at the same time.
Cons: A really difficult to mention anything to complain. Steep stairs to the second floor and 2 km biking to the city center was nothing to me.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: *) Very nice hosts! :D Right after our arrival they gave us a map of Rotterdam and marked all their favourite food places on it, some including recommendations about the best dishes to order there. *) We very much enjoyed going around by bicycle in Rotterdam and appreciated the bikes being included in the room price already. The bicycle lanes are all well maintained and most of them physically separated from the car streets. We stayed 10 days and during that time took the bikes on tours with a total of around 120km. *) Our room had a window to a very quiet back street with hardly any cars, so it was very silent in the room at night. *) Wonderfully soft beds and hot water.
Cons: *) The doors are paper-thin, which means you somewhat depend on having quiet neighbours, and conversely also you yourself need to be careful not to make too much noise. *) Very little space for clothes in the wardrobe.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I was really looked after! A home from home, couldn’t have asked for more. Great location, lovely people, fantastic old building, and most importantly a good nights sleep
Cons: Hairdryer kept switching off but that’s normal in hotels - I’d bring my own next time.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Good food, good rooms (interieur)
Cons: Incorrect bar charges to our rooms, view of 2 our of 3 rooms was on a wall ;-(((
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Initially based on the exterior of the hotel in amongst it's surroundings of modern design building i feared what to expect inside. Is it going to be a dive or is it theme? Well, it's the latter and done very well. From the entrance door, grand hallway, open stairwells and fantastically spacious and decorated bedrooms it was a pleasant surprise. It was also very good value. The bar area and restaurant continued with the authentic theme and were busy...which probably tells you all you need to know. On this occasion I stayed for work. I'd go back socially. It also had the dock for the river taxi next to the hotel to enable you to sail across to the centre of Rotterdam from the peninsula the hotel is situated on.
Cons: Honestly. Nothing. I was really impressed. The porthole window in the toilet door may put some people off....but it may excite others. NOTE: Read the parking instructions sent with your booking instructions. You will need to pop into reception and tell them where you intend to park and they will print out a QR code for you to scan at the car park gate. The parking is third party either via the underground car park or pay and display both directly outside the hotel. We managed to use the underground car park without any problems and that was on a busy Friday night with a very large corporate event 100 yards away so should be OK for 99% of the time. So this really isn't a negative. Parking is about €22 a night though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, nautical themes throughout, terrific staff!
Cons: Would like refrigerator in the room, but that’s probably me being an American. ;)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and view in a nice envrionment
Cons: No minibar
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Interesting building and thoughtfully furnished and decorated. Very comfortable bedroom and bed, benefitted from not being at hot as many hotel rooms seem to be.
Cons: Great sleep broken a 7.45 by drilling in an adjacent room. Decorators starting a little too early I imagine.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was really nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Top atmosphere
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was perfect and the staff were more than accommodating. They were happy to save our bags till we were able to check in and again they kept the bags after checkout. They gave us a map of the area and supported with the best sights to see.
Cons: Very quirky décor which added to the experience, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean .... but the bathroom door left a lot to be desired, it was almost a waffle saloon door so you could see through it - we were mother and daughter so had a giggle about it but it could have caused some red faces. Breakfast was included, a very different set meal but was a tasty experience.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was large It was central to what we had to do and visit The breakfast was generous and good
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was vast and exceptionally good. Rooms are novel and funky. Whole place has a really nice vibe.
Cons: Some folk would have preferred a bit more bathroom privacy than a bead curtain.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast excellent. Shower very good. Towel radiator very efficient (instructions would be good). Very helpful with bag storage fir the day. Quirky decor.
Cons: The sunken bed was quirky but left little room around it. Little usable space, stools quirky but a seat with a back would be nice after a day in the city. The radiator restricted space under the sink which made it a bit awkward. WiFi weak in the bedroom itself. Coat hooks would be useful, arrived after a deluge and had to improvise. Not everyone would appreciate a beaded curtain door to the bathroom ( and toilet!).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This Middle-Eastern/North-African-themed hotel is funky and unique. All the rooms are different. The staff is really friendly! Great value for money, especially when we realized that (a massive) breakfast was included in our room rate. We loved our stay.
Cons: I think there is a way to book a specific room (as they are all different), but we did not. While we liked almost everything about our "surprise" room, there was no door on our bathroom, so that wasn't great for privacy. We were only there for a night, but if we book again, we will choose something a bit less intimate.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The view from the sixth floor!
Cons: I wasn’t very clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpfulness of staff
Cons: Cannot think of anything xx
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything was new and clean. The Internet was very strong. The location was very convenient. I appreciated that daily housekeeping, coffee cost extra, and that there was MINIMAL furniture/accessories. It kept the price affordable.
Cons: I felt like I was going to roll off of the bed all the time. It was a twin bed.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Easiness of getting in and out. The location is right next to the main shopping street and 10mins by foot from central station.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Have pay for a locker if you have to leave your suitcase after check out
7.0 Good
Pros: Very good location, everything are close to hotel. No breakfast. Good room, but as for me location of bathroom in the living room is not comfortable but for that price and location in the city for few days best option.
Cons: they have open roof but they do not allow to go there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room quiet. WiFi worked well. It is a ‘no thrills’ hotel and it does that job well. For the money I paid it was excellent.
Cons: The room is very small, particularly for 2 people. However it is good value; if having more space is important to you then you need to pay more
6.7 Good
Pros: The shower and small toilet was nice
Cons: The people all smoking in front of the entry doors I’m super sensitive and could feel everything. I didn’t like the double bed in the room how it took all the space but I guess the room is small but the chair and big black square we’re taking too much space as well and the hangers were so annoying as well.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Only stayed one night but it was pretty reasonably priced for the location. Walking distance to several local restaurants and bars.
Cons: No parking for hotel guests. The public parking areas were pretty expensive.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location is nice. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The room had wet carpet covered with mold. It smelled horribly. And is obviously a health hazard. The sheets were covered in yellow spots. Towels were dirty. I arrived late at night and stayed one night so just didn’t have energy to deal with it. Otherwise wouldn’t even stay there. The hotel is very old and need major renovation to be acceptable.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great price for a small, clean room near some great restaurants and bars.
Cons: Furniture old and worn.
