Appears they were having system issues, slowing down the line at the counter to get the reservation and then again to exit the parking garage. Not as smooth as my usual experience, but the rest of the experience was great.
We were unable to pick up a car in Indianapolis. Our bus was late and we missed the downtown location pick up. Customer Service reps (2) sent us to the airport where we waited for 2 hours until a gentleman working for Budget told us that no one contacted them that we were coming and they ran out of cars. We had to Uber to our final destination. The following day, a very helpful woman in Greenwood gave us a car to use. It was well over $100 in Uber rides. Very disappointing.

You let me book with debit card but when I went to pick up vehicle the information online and the actual customer service rep was not matching and unclear. I missed my own job interview due to the misleading information from reservations to pickup.
