Pros: I liked that the hotel was SO clean, the service was excellent and the breakfast was great! Overall the best hotel I've stayed in, in a long time and will only stay here from now on! -McKenzie
Pros: Everything. Location was amazing. The suite style room was nice. It wasn't lush as I'm accustomed to. Yet, I couldn't of asked for a friendlier staff and the housekeeping was worth more than money could buy. The hotel even had an officer in lobby during the late hours. Which was comforting.
Cons: I only have one complaint. The parking garage was 2 blocks away. I felt guilty asking the valet to get the car when I had forgot a few things out of it. So I went without. Also, the $27 a night was a bit much plus tipping. But, the weather was freezing, so okay... Well worth it, I guess. Problem with Priceline... Don't book to early, watch for price changes. I could of saved over $100 if I would of waited or even Just booked through hotel. ( live and learn ) I frequent Indy often, this was my first visit to this hotel. But, I will return. Location is AMAZING. And...now I know true price. You'll not be sorry. The rating for this hotel is way to low.
Pros: Love the tall ceilings and the brick walls
Cons: We woke up about 1pm to the sound of the music from the bar located next door. This went on until 3am when the bar eventually closed.
Pros: Atmosphere, Charm (Exposed brick and Original Beams), Friendly and Helpful Staff, Clean

Pros: The room although not big felt spacious. Staff was very inviting and helpful.
Pros: The location was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: We left with what appeared to be some sort of bites. After some investigation, we discovered they were bed bug bites. And they turned into very itchy and painful sores. More developed in the next couple of days. We did call so they could exterminate the bed. Frank said he would comp the room. We never asked for it but why say it if you aren't going to do it.

Pros: The bar was amazing. Bartenders were extremely knowledgeable and it was a really fun atmosphere.
Cons: I found two used bandaids on a pillow in our room. Ruined the hotel experience for me.
Cons: Room smelled
Pros: We truly enjoyed the initial vibe walking into the hotel and seeing the colorful lamps. The artwork throughout the hotel was a bonus. Cannot wait to visit Indy again. The only downside...did not have a chance to go to the bar...next time!
Pros: Loved the art throughout the hotel, made it special to be there. Food and drinks were good, the room was very nice. We hope to visit again!
Pros: energy efficient
Pros: The art and design elements are excellent. Staff is friendly and accommodating to guests. The popcorn and hummus at Platt 99 (bar) was good. Nice Gin selection too.
Cons: The first suite room I was given it had a strong mildew smell. The second room did too but just not as much so I didn't say anything. There was a water mark on the bathroom ceiling. (note: spoke with an Indy friend that was recently down there using a conference room during a heavy rain and water was coming near the windows. No doubt there's a water leak issue).
The bed sheets had a tear in it and I ran out of toilet paper since the roll was low and they didn't leave a spare.
The "mixology" bar is lacking the "-ology." The bartender hasn't studied much as she mixed my Tom Collins with Sprite. Just a notch above using sour mix. Went with just Gin and Tonic on the second round and got upcharged for Q Tonic.
So, they hit it on the surface but miss on execution of product. The good news is it's easily correctable and I hope they do because this is a nice addition to Indianapolis.
Pros: Boutique feel in a business size hotel.
Pros: Urban feel, crisp, 2 excellent bars and outdoor terrace, hip, green, upscale, quiet but not dead, very accommodating staff, close but not in the noisy center of things. The art and furnishings are the best. I saw that a Yolk breakfast restaurant was opening on the corner. That's a great breakfast place. You can take your dog, they even have a place to walk him.
Cons: Getting into or out of the parking garage seems to always be a a hassle. No pool, but sometimes that's a good thing = no noisy children. I just like to know I have the option. No rooms have tubs, but they have great showers.

Catch a Colts game at Lucas Oil Stadium, a Pacer's game at Banker's Life Fieldhouse, attend a conference at the Indianapolis Convention Center, or head to Monument Circle for a performance by the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.
Pros: The hotel was very nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable
Cons: The hotel was very busy and a bit chaotic. The parking garage was full so we had to finding parking elsewhere.
Pros: the hotel decor and staff were great.
Cons: I paid extra for the "City View" only to be put at the back of the hotel.
Also, our room was right beside the elevator. The elevator made a high pitched squeak every time it moved. We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary at the noise was annoying and kept waking us up.
Pros: I was staying at the JW for a conference and the accommodations were convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the facility. Great job.
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, and excellent location for access to convention center. Some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They were all extremely helpful, available, and always smiling. Parking garage was easy in and out. View from room was beautiful.
Cons: Long waits for elevators, especially at night. Ice only available on 2nd floor. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Wi-fi and parking rates very expensive.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service
Cons: My room was located next to a hospitality room where young people were talking very loud on a Sunday early morning. We were awaken at 5 am due to noisy neighbors.
Pros: Very clean and great location. Staff was very accommodating
Cons: The room service food was absolutely terrible and it took over 45 minutes to "cook" and bring up to our room. Over priced for bad, cheaply made food
Pros: well located, modern, clean, efficient staff.
Cons: King size bed, while comfortable, needs to be "pillow top" as it is hard, even for a 270lbs man, to enjoy a restful night sleep. These should be standard in your concierge floor.
Paying $31.00 for parking. The location does not permit parking on the street. This reservation was at rack rate....
Wi-Fi access, was "free" in the concierge lounge, but a $12.00 charge when in the room. Not too logical.

Pros: We always try to find a Drury Inn when traveling. They are clean, upscale, and have a fantastic free breakfast. This one did not disappoint!
Pros: My family and I always try to stay at a Drury Inn when we travel. They are friendly and clean.
Pros: Clean and welcoming.
Cons: It was disappointing that the hotel pool did not reopen until 9am. Most places I've stayed at they reopen at 6/7.
Cons: Only one restaurant within walking distance
Pros: Management was extremely nice and always checking to see if everything was okay. Food was great and so were the drinks, the room was always clean. Amazing service, best that I have ever received.
Pros: All of the above and when there are as a slight mix up with my reservation (my error) it was no big deal. They took care of it and we had a wonderful stay. This was our second stay in two weeks and we are about to make a reservation for our return trip.
Pros: good location. very nice place
Pros: The staff was so friendly made my family real right at hime. Hotel was kept very clean from the lobby to the inside of the rooms. This hotel also provides free breakfast and dinner. Definitely a plus if you are bringing kids along. Also the location is cl
Cons: Of course with any hotel when you call down for towels the wait is very long unless you get them. That only happened once during our 4 day stay
Pros: Room was large and well kept
Cons: The breakfast selection could be improved upon
Pros: Business center. The free breakfast and dinner/drinks in the evening.
Pros: The staff was extremely welcoming everything was spotless the food was excellent the room was comfy and spacious what more could you ask for.
Cons: Foam in the hot tun seemed excessive. 🤢

Pros: Roomy....usually stay at Omni, but having little kids the suite is much more practical.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't that great, but it's free!
Pros: full kitchen, sitting area in suite, snacks in evening and breakfast in the morning
Cons: small pillows-why have a king bed with pillows smaller than standard ones? Our room wasn't serviced on the Friday we were there. Ran out of bathroom tissue...used kleenex and had to use a hand towel to dry after showering as no clean towels available.
Pros: The location, inexpensive parking, friendly staff, clean pool & spa.

Pros: The shuttle service picked me up at 1:30 am. Was very easy to request and driver was extremely nice. Once there I was allowed late checkout of 2pm, which allowed me adequate sleep time. Room was comfortable and clean but I have stayed at nicer Hamptons. Bed was acceptable, but I prefer rediculously soft mattresses so I am sure most people would enjoy it.

Cons: Heat did not work in our room. Brr!! Would only go up to 62 degrees.
Pros: Clean, and comfy. Walking distance to most of the entertainment downtown has to offer.
Cons: Paying 30 dollars a day to park in the hotel garage.
Pros: Big room. Several restaurants at the hotel. Connected to the mall
Cons: Had to pay to park...I guess that is expected in the city though.
Hotel was great though!
Pros: Clean, good location, good service
Cons: there was construction on my floor but it had no impact on me.
Pros: Excellent view, fast elevators, handsome lobby, pillows of varied thickness.
Cons: Paying for wifi, paying for parking, noisy neighbors. This is trivial, but it mattered to me: the paper coffee cup they provide in the room leaked on my white shirt while I was in a meeting.
Pros: Very nice rooms. Comfortable beds! Very well kept.
Cons: Breakfast not included and was expensive if you wanted to order it.

Pros: Very nice spacious room. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Staff was very busy that weekend. Hotel seemed a bit understaffed. Not as friendly/helpful as I would have expected.
Pros: Centered in downtown, everything is within reach from this hotel. Great hotel and staff.
Pros: Our room was very spacious and the hotel was in a great location (close to shops, restaurants, etc). The beds were comfortable and everything was squeaky clean!
Cons: This hotel was a bit expensive (but was nice) and there wasn't a shuttle to and from the airport. The cab fare was about $30 plus tip.

Cons: They turned off the water while I was brushing my teeth in the morning, so I could not rinse my mouth. They said the water would be off all day. As a result, I was forced to leave them a present in the toilet.
Pros: Front desk staff was fantastic. I left my Ipad in the car that was valet parked and they retrieved it in a flash!
Connor, the valet supervisor, gave excellent directions for walking to Mass Ave. and was very cordial. Room was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Would absolutely return to this hotel!!
Pros: Great to be within blocks of all the activities on monument Square.
All employees were very nice and accommodating.
Pros: We liked the friendly staff from the minute we walked into the lobby- everyone was very helpful! The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do! Fabulous weekend!!
Cons: We never did get the comfort beds to work but slept ok anyway!
Cons: the hotel charged my credit card for the stay when i had already been charged by the online booking service and the hotel also charged the online booking service and i have yet to get assistance resolving the matter. i talked to two different people who have told me two different things. When i asked for a copy of my receipt they sent me a blank receipt. When i checked out, i was told the total charge to my card and then told "oh, i wasn't supposed to tell you that". They had asked me to pay again, saying my credit card was declined. When i got home, my credit card statement said otherwise.
Pros: The staff was great. They helped us plan our night when plans were changed and they gave us amazing advice.
Cons: One reason I picked this hotel was to enjoy the pool and it was closed for cleaning.

Pros: First, the room was nicely sized. The staff were very courteous and friendly. It's a fairly easy place to get to
Cons: The room temperature was a little cold for my taste. Also, there wasn't any wash cloths to wash my face when showering.
Pros: Friendly & attentive staff. Entire hotel is very clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Convenient location to the airport with complimentary shuttle service. This place is a real value. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Cons: Would be nice if they had a bar or restaurant on the property but they were very accommodating with their shuttle to make up for it.
Pros: Nice clean rooms, great breakfast and helpful staff.

The airport shuttle runs from 4:30 AM until midnight on first-come first-serve basis. There is a one time 5.00 USD shuttle fee.
Cons: No parking available for guests upon check-in. We had to find a public parking lot several blocks away.
Bathroom sink would not drain. When the toilet was flushed, water backed up in the sink. Bathtub faucet was very loose from wall and fixtures didn't look clean.
Pros: The food, particularly the oatmeal, was very good. Also, the room service and front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had to wait well into the evening (until 7 or 8nat night) for our room to be cleaned and that only happened by then because we asked. Several times. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, the shower curtain smelled of mildew and there was mold in the shower
Pros: Staff was excellent and very helpful
Cons: Parking prices
Cons: We were given the keys to an occupied room, which turned out to be an NFL player, then left in the hallway for an hour while the hotel tried to figure out where to put us. They told us the hotel was empty from New Year's Eve the night before but seemed to have booked the only two customers to the same suite! No apologies whatsoever from the manager of the hotel after the hour and a half inconvenience of looking at three rooms before finally getting to what we paid for. We were given a credit to the hotel restaurant and when we tried to use it the bartender told us to pay the tab and the front desk would reimburse us the next day. Thought it was weird but had somewhere to be so I paid the tab. Needless to say, we didn't get a dime back of the "credit" we were supposed to receive, instead we spent $70 on a restaurant we weren't planning to go to. The customer service we experienced for a Westin was unbelievable and they did nothing to make up for all the issues. Will never stay here again.
Pros: Love that The Westin is pet friendly, but no dog NRD or bowls this time. Tight fit on double beds.
Pros: The view from our room was of downtown and from the 13th floor pretty incredible. Everything we needed was within walking distance which for us was wonderful.
Cons: For the cost of the room, tacking on a fee for wifi seemed much. Being in this hotel for business made conducting business difficult and the computers in the lobby were no help. I feel a bit like I paid for more than what I got out of staying in this hotel; beautiful, but pricey.
Pros: They upgraded us for free since it was our anniversary which was so gracious and nice!
Cons: the renovation finishes we not up to par, everything was sloppily done. our roon overlooked a nasty rooftop. we had to pay an additional $30 to park our own car on the premises after the room was over $150. Ridiculous and we expected a beautiful hotel. The whole lobby was under construction and it was embarrassing to have to bring my guest in to that.
Pros: The beds!
Cons: No rooftop access.
Pros: The location was great, and cannot be beat. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and comfortable!
Cons: Parking should either be included or discounted for those staying. We reserved a King deluxe facing the city and got 2 full size deluxe room facing air conditioning units on top of the conference center. Overall clean hotel, but for a downtown hotel for the price, it wasn't satisfactory.
Pros: Convenient with helpful staff. Very nice rooms. Great having a starbucks in lobby.
Cons: The restaurant in the hotel was a pseudo-high-end steak place, not good for travelling with kids.
Pros: Very Clean

Pros: Loved the location of hotel. Staff was very helpful- minus the restaurant hostess
Cons: Rooms were very small, coffee maker disgusting along with staircases and ice machine.
Pros: the pool; the restaurant; the warmth and helpfulness of the staff
Cons: the bathroom was nicely done but a bit cramped; the bed was too soft
Pros: The decor and everything has been updated very well, but some of the elements of the building remain in disrepair - which to the credit of the Omni, they are working on. It was clean, staff were all nice, and the location was very convenient.
Cons: It's an old building and there were two issues that arose from that - 1, The elevators were in repair during my three night stay, necessitating either a long wait or a long walk to the opposite wing. Not a biggie, but an inconvenience. Also, 2. the hot water took so long to come on in the shower I wondered if I had even used the handle correctly. It was very slow...but the building is older than dirt, so whattaya gonna do?
Pros: The bed and the towels and the other materials felt luxurious.
Cons: The room was exceedingly small. The Omni name and the expense did not match the size of the room.
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and very eager to assist
Cons: Asked for a king bed when made my reservation(a coupke weeks in advance) but told when i arrived only doubles were available
Pros: Great location, friendly staff
Cons: very small rooms and VERY small bathroom
Pros: Very clean and setup well, Lots of extra pillows
Pros: Most full service hotels have a very nice look from a distance but up close, are a bit dirty or have out dated bathroom fixtures. It seems like there's always some small disappointment. This place was very nice when we walked in, and was still very nice as we looked closer and settled into our room. It was a great hotel!
Located in downtown Indianapolis, Omni Severin Hotel is connected to Circle Centre Mall via skybridge. Guests can walk 3 minutes to the Indianapolis Convention Center and 7 minutes to Lucas Oil Stadium. Indianapolis Amtrak Station is 3 minutes from the hotel on foot.
Pros: The hotel was located conviently and was nice and clean.
Cons: We had requested a room opposite to the trains and our room was very close to the loud trains that rolled through all night. We won't risk a nights sleep by not getting our request filled next time.

Pros: centrally located downtown with walking access to many resturants
Cons: once you get to the hotel you're warned it could be noisy - this is essentially in a bar district and apparently noisy crowds - I was there mid-week and got lucky. will not be staying there again.
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Had no hot water but they are refunding our stay. Things happen not the end of the world. Would stay there again.

Cons: Although I never heard other people's voices, the slamming of doors was regrettable and persistent. The parking garage was a bit further away than I'd have liked, and I think the $18 parking fee should have been mentioned at time of booking.
Pros: Nice, neat and clean. Lived it.
Cons: Maybe lower the parking fee.
Pros: The modern design and the roomy bathroom
Cons: No restaurant or food on site. Nothing said about paying for parking.
Cons: The bed aND pillows were too soft. Need firmer mattress and pillows....
Pros: Amazing location, the room was great!
Cons: The parking fee was a little excessive, other than than the hotel was great!
Pros: Likes: Super friendly & helpful staff, cleanliness, massive modern room with fridge & microwave, Close to loads in downtown Indy, low parking (considering location), fan in the bathroom, Comfy bed, area shuttle, Free breakfast, great temp control
Cons: Dislikes: Handle was broken on the interior bathroom door (told them, they fixed it), No tub in the room, scary elevator (shaky, slow), No actual program guide on TV, shuttle stops running too early,
Pros: The location was great for attending a ballgame.
Cons: Paying to park is never fun. They need to update their parking form that they make you sign at check inbecause it clearly stated it was 14 dollars to park but a sign at the desk said it was 18 dollars. Either that or someone is pocketing 4 dollars a car!
Pros: The location is excellent for the cist and the clean rooms and great breakfast were a bonus!
Cons: Unavoidable street noise. I recommend requesting an even numbered room to avoid this.
Pros: The first Hotel stay I have had in a while where everything was as presented. The staff and accommodations exceeded my expectations!
Pros: better than expected overall
Cons: somewhat crowded weekend but not hotel fault

Pros: Comfortable room with great beds and fabulous shower. Will definitely stay here again. Steps away from shopping, restaurants and movie theater.
Pros: My priority with picking a hotel is cleanliness, and this hotel delivered. It also has a great location, and it feels great to be able to walk to the mall and restaurants after being on the road all day.
Cons: That the wifi is not free.
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and room are very clean. The mall is connected to the hotel which is a very convenient bonus. We did order room service and the food was very good.
Cons: The exercise equipment is a little outdated and not functioning well. Several of the treadmills' computer panel would not respond.
The breakfast was good not great, I would like a few more options but it was good with good fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals, eggs, etc.
Pros: Room was great!!! Quiet and relaxing atmosphere!!! Love that this hotel is close to the Fashion Mall and many great restraunts!!!
Pros: Bed and pillows were comfortable.
