The pick up and drop off was very smooth.Cons:
The light to the menu for music, maps, phone, media etc Burned out when I was still 6 1/2 hours away from home. Without a light I had no back up camera nor could I see who was calling unless I took my eyes off the road and looked at my phone. I did not know where the Spotify was playing or iTunes unless I looked at my phone and I had to find my own way home from San Antonio by looking at my phone because I couldn’t look at the car screen8.0 Very Good

Because of some new policy they just instated I was forced to take a $350 Uber ride 4hrs because my Business Card did not have my name on it and they couldn't verify I worked for the company that made the reservation. What a joke, I was wearing a damn company shirt with 9k worth of product with the company logo plastered all over 60 boxes. I will advise my company (who rents 4-6 vehicles every weekend) to rent elsewhere.8.4 Very Good

I didn't like from Avis that they wanted to charge the fuil amount again when i returned the car, they did charge my card as soon as the first day i got the car. The employee was distracted and wasn't ideal to be working at a costumer service counter.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The car was overall one of the best rental car experiences I've had. The people at Hertz were kind and helpful. The car itself was luxurious and top of the line. I especially love the doors that open with a click of a button. I super enjoyed renting this car and renting from Hertz10.0 Wonderful
